I did not say in the video but you can safely kill Moss in the tress with baking soda and water mixed without harming the trees .This should only be done as a last resort, as Spanish moss can provide a habitat for wildlife.
I also did not mention that some bats and birds live in moss and many birds use moss for nesting materials.
