This is your first Spanish class. This is what you learn before anything else. How do you build your Spanish language foundations? Start with the basics and learn them well! In this video I will show you in 10 minutes the Spanish expressions you need to learn to speak about yourself. You will learn how to start a real-life Spanish conversation with others. Learn the basics, learn them well. Learn the top verbs that are always handy like "me gusta" (I like), "soy" (I am), "tengo" (I have), "trabajo" (I work), "estudio" (I study), vivo (I live), and much more. I am a black man from California and I went to Juarez and ended up falling in love with a girl I couldn’t understand. I enrolled in college and been studying 3 weeks now hard so I can understand this woman without a Google translator. I understood and felt so much more confident by watching your video than me studying these 3 weeks. Same here. I get frustrated because I think I should be picking it up and learning faster. But, I have to keep reminding myself that I'm 50 yrs old trying to learn a 2nd language. Which happens to be my native language to boot. And, I get frustrated with her too because she'll start speaking Spanish without translating and breaking down what it means.
