Yo preferiría haber nacido inglés por todos los sonidos vocalicos que tienen. Algunos son casi imposibles para mi. Por ejemplo, no veo diferencia cuando dicen set y sit. Y con us, as y ass... también hay un lío muy gordo.

Ese español será de America porque la palabra reservación es de allí, en España se dice reserva (véase en la RAE)

¿Tengo una reservación? En el castellano de España eso es incorrecto o al menos no se emplea. "Tengo una reserva" is the right expression.

These videos are good but it appears as though the english speaker is computer generated. It’s quite offputting.
