I ❤GSK!!Habang ako’y nagkakaedad Doc,ay umiiwas narin Ako sa mga de lata kung maari.Peru,Hindi talaga maiwasan na hindi gumamit ng de lata,kagaya dito,di naman Ako makabili ng gata sa palengke,kaya de lata nalang,saka mga tomato sauce,Peru ang spam ,tagal na na hindi na nakain Jan.Salamt po Doc,anither knowledge na naman natutunan ko ngayon.❤

If you like Spam, To remove salt in Spam, 1st slice the Spam then place it in bowl of water for more than one hr. 2nd remove spam from bowl then boil water in deep pan, put sliced span in boiling water 10 to 12 mins. to remove fats and salt, then remove spam from boiling water rinse, then ready for frying add a little oil. Spam can be cooked without out oil. It taste like very very less salt at all but Spam is still there. Try it.

Hi Dr. Gary Sy! More expensive ang spam compared sa fresh meat. Sodium nitrate isang ingredient sa spam & other processed food ay not healthy (cancer causing food), noon ko pa ito alam. Twice a year lang ako kumain ng spam (Christmas & New Year hehehe). Chicken na free range kinakain ko 2-3x a week, fresh fish, eggs, shrimp & squid ang ibang ulam ko at syempre veggies & fruits.
Doc. Garry noong Araw kumakain Ako ng spam, pero ngaun Hinde na Kay gurang na, maraming salamat at miron programa na ganito sa utube maraming Doc, Garry marami akong nalaman tungkol sa bawal at Hinde bawal salamat sa lahat God Bless
