Spain vs England Pre Match Analysis! - Why Spain are Favourites!

Спорт

Spain will face England in the finals of the Euros after they beat Netherlands and France respectively. Gareth Southgate has gotten a lot of criticism for setting his side up very defensively. While Spain have been performing very impressively.
Lamine Lamal has been the standout in the tournament where players like Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden have had moments of magic, but haven't been able to perform as consistently as the Spanish youngster.

Very confusing. With the Eng Ned graphic and the cursor here there and everywhere but talking about Spain England! It was correct in showing Kane stationary throughout - let’s hope he’s stationary on the bench on Sunday

I said it here first.portugal would have ben the only team realy possible to beat spain. They had the strongest defence and played well each time but ronaldo did not help up front at all and ruined their game

I agree. It was madness for Portugal to stick with Ronaldo. He's 39 years old and looked it in this tournament.

@LeicesterTradCatholic portugal was amazing to if they had a beter center forward. Im not saying ronaldo is awful either.he just needs to play deeper in midfield and help out because he is useless ij the box

I love to hear Americans talk about football. I don't know if it's just the accent but they view football in a different way than the Europeans and they almost have to know what they are talking about because of the terrible reputation that Americans have in the football world which means they won't get the benefit of the doubt.

Like virtually every one of theses analysis's from "experts" they never discuss the human aspect. Spain on paper might well edge it but England have shown they have got very big kahoonas and we have not seen Spain really have to show theirs yet. We shall see...

It’s debatable but England were lucky with that penalty. And not scoring an open play goal till the very last second. Spain have been playing like England have in the first half against the Dutch for the whole tournament. I don’t like playing what if, since it’s a sport and anything can happen. But Spain to me are the winners.

Whichever team has the bigger hearts will win. For England, Southgate might keep a few in his locker, like we have always known his defender mindset. Shame on him and it is despite of Southgate, England somehow managed to reach the Final.

Netherlands were too passive england literally passing through them. Spain aint doing that. The England CBs really have to be comfortable playing under intense pressure. I think they are especially gonna target Rice who's really not comfortable playing with his back to goal. I predict england going long a lot of the time. Spain favorites for me.

@@ModernFootballAnalyst well how do you explain yesterdays penalty + Dutch momentum break through ref incorrectly giving a free kick for Gakpo taking the ball of Mainoo. How about the yellow for van dijk instead of not giving a penalty and not even a corner. It’s blatantly obvious if you remember that this is a billion dollar industry and matchfixing is unfortunately something that is possible in football

@@arno9233I just hope it's not held against England. The ref was suspended for 6 months for being bribed and being an assistant for another ref who was match fixing. Apparently he was the one that whistleblowed it and that's why he's been trusted with big games like this. But I don't know what to believe and it's still very suspicious. Bellingham had called out this ref before and got in trouble for it. English fans were worried about this ref and it turns out he decided to be unfairly biased towards us instead of against us.
