Gorgeous place! Personally would not want the tv that high up and not sure I could bear working that close to the toilet. In saying that, it looks like it works great for you and I love the ideas and love put into it. It seems very spacious too!

Being a composting toilet that needs to be emptied, they probably don't use it. As the toilet in the main bath is flushing and hooked to the sewer system. So working in there wouldn't be so bad. Sending lots of love 💖 from sunny 🌞 Arizona 🌵😷

My neck would hurt with the TV that high.I love that there is a tiny house community there.Id love if it was near the ocean but, it's great that people are open to tiny houses now.

I can’t believe how spacious and functional your tiny home is. There is so much storage! Your space it a very tidy, bright and welcoming! Well done!!

Such a well thought out spacious tiny house. 1.5 bathrooms WHAT?? That never even occured to me for a tiny house and such wonderful idea!

1/2 bath means no shower in it.With relatives staying over,that doesn't work well.

Love how they have 1.5 bathrooms and a piano! The kitchen is so nice! But my fav part…I noticed how affectionately they treat their gorgeous dogs…and then saw the dogs have their own retreat! Lol

I ALWAYS look forward to your videos! PS When she empathized how great the community is there, I realized that I’ve lived in our (big) house for 27 years and we have an aloof neighborhood, where, once you park your car and go inside, you don’t see neighbors at all!

"I've never seen a layout quite like this one" - Jenna You and me both Jenna! WOAH! I've also seen 100's of tiny house layouts and I'm surprised to keep seeing new ideas, like this one! I'm definitely saving this as one of my favorites. So much flexibility and style! This is making me re-think my favorite design and see if I can incorporate some of their ideas!

I wish there was a love button because this has to be my favourite layout in all the tiny home videos I have watched. Just lovely!

@@molliwilson5639 for me, the ground floor master bedroom with the deck coming off of it. How spacious the kitchen feels without above counter storage and the extra water closet right off the living room.

Plus this basically has 3 bedrooms which is unreal for a tiny home IMO. 3 bedrooms (and 1 being on the first floor that fits a KING size bed!), plus a fullsize couch with a pull-out (yet another bed), 1.5 baths, an awesome kitchen with tons of storage and full size appliances, awesome large shower, and a storage loft. Every square inch of this place was carefully thought out and executed so well. ❤️

These people know exactly what they want and they know the important things that should never be skimped. Great job guys. I love it.

This is an awesome layout! I love this tiny house! Definitely in one of my top 3 tiny houses I've seen. So much tucked in there but it doesn't look smooshed in there. But Dude, get a secure place for those tools! Tools are way too expensive to have barely tucked away from anyone who'd want to steal them, especially now with this video out saying where you live. Get them into your shed or a secure LOCKED skirt of some kind.

This is one of the nicest and most thought out Tiny homes I have ever seen.

That's one of the best homes I've ever seen..plenty of room to grow a family even. Wowzers I'm in love with the home..and they have some adorable fur kids

1. LOVE your beautiful pups!! I always worry about how my dogs would enjoy living in a tiny house, and I haven't seriously considered it because I need my own fenced land to let them run around and play back there a few times a day. 2. I LOVE your beautiful home! It's one of the few that I've seen that doesn't have all the clutter of plates and cups and STUFF all over the place. Your hidden storage throughout is amazing. One thing I would change is just have one toilet (flush, of course), and then use the other space for a dedicated office for remote work. And the TV screen would need to be lower, somehow.

Oh wow, me, my three pups, my cats, dragon lizard, grandkids, this I absolutely can see and live! We absolutely hang out on the deck in all spring and summer time! This is one on top!! I need a retirement, sweet home!

I love your home. The amount of space and storage is amazing. I like that you have a guest bathroom in your laundry/home office. You could easily turn your porch into a 3 season space by adding removable screen panels and removable window panels that could be stored in your shed when not in use. A small space heater and a rug on the floor would allow you to use it right up to the winter months which would be awesome for when you have guests over.

But to come to a tiny house video, and randomly insult a stranger seems odd. Would you go up to a man on the street and say that to his face? Probably not! One, you know it's inappropriate/rude. Two, he didn't ask for your opinion. Three, you would probably be worried that he would retaliate. So please don't do it here; keep your observations to the topic at hand, the tiny house.

What's not to love about this house? It is so cozy and welcoming and seems to have everything one could want/need. And it has been placed in a beautiful TH community.

This house was by far my favorite so far. I'm thinking about going tiny and afraid, so I like that these videos give you the positive and the negative. And show different layouts.

I too think this is one of the best tiny house I've seen. It would be suitable for family with two children because of the two lofts. And it's really close to my taste. 🙂😊

I think they are a very nice couple...I cannot say their layout works for me as my preference are different. However their share definitely gave me ideas. I admire their creativity and what great neighbors to have.

Okay this is now my very favorite. This is so well thought out I love the split loft and the heights and the fact that they put more storage in under counter then the upper cabinets they visually just shorten everything when you put those cabinets in. The dishwasher is an absolute bonus and bedrooms are great the whole thing is great I love it when can I move in?

I really like the layout of the down stairs bed, steps, bathroom... Excellent kitchen, just wow great plan!

It's amazing how many designs are put into tiny rectangles of varying lengths. Love it!

REALLY NICE HOUSE!! Wonderful ideas! Amazing to have the master bedroom downstairs and still have all that loft space! AND the kitchen is MASSIVE!! Full sized dishwasher!? Second bath?? All I can say is “WOW!!”

Let me just say that first of all, I appreciate these people's honesty about not being willing to completely downsize or compromise on the size of certain things. I feel like some tiny home owners are almost smug about how minimalist they are, but these folks are keeping it real and I'm here for it. Second, love this home! Very unique in the fact it has a second bathroom, which again, I appreciate because who wants to share a bathroom with guests. Also love that they have a main floor bedroom and I love the layout of the home. The only knocks are I wouldn't have my tv so high up on the wall, and I don't think I'd want my workspace in a toilet closet. LOL.

I am amazed its only 36ft long. Well planned out looks so much longer than 36ft. Love the stairs layout as well. Xx

There is so much ROOM in this house! It doesn't feel like less than 400 square feet at all. The dishwasher, giant shower and half bath? Wow.

This couple is set up for many many years. Debt free soon. They can grow into this home and have kids! They look very happy! Wish them the best. Would live in a tiny like this one.

My kind of tiny house - real stairs, a ground floor bedroom and most important for me = a flushing toilet! Love the front deck also. What a great place to hang out and read or just enjoy nature.

I LOVE this place! And the tub sofa. OMG it’s so gorgeous! What a great idea. This one goes on my list of top three Tinys for sure. And I have seen a lot of them. Don’t miss out on this one folks.

Is every house here just amazing! I could and would live any of them I've seen so far and this one, I would live in FOREVER! Beautiful. I could have a mini library in the 2nd bathroom, but I love how they utilized the space. I can't say enough praise about that kitchen!

3 lofts, 1.5 bathrooms, room for a proper sleeper couch, a large bedroom and shower, and a downstairs bedroom? Color me impressed. Probably amongst the most livable tinies I've seen.

It’s just me so a tiny house would be perfect. I just love yours. It’s one of the prettiest ones that I have seen! What I love even more than your home is your dogs! They are beautiful!

Very nice setup with so much thought put into making it more enjoyable to live in. ( flush toilets , downstairs bedroom, pantry’s ) The deck is a plus and the community looks aesthetically pleasing with trails and gardens.

I LOVE the fact that you have a first floor bedroom AND a dishwasher! Those are the two things that would sell me on a tiny home. I could do without the second bath and give you more space in the living room, and put in a queen or full bed so you could walk on either side of the bed. That being said, this is the best one I've seen so far! Great job!!!

A very nice design, so nice to see drawers in the bottom kitchen cabinets, so many people make the mistake of just shelves type cabinets and it is very hard to get things stored in the back. Well done people with your home.

Awesome home. Me I would just use my queen bed. I need the room to walk around. That is just me. I love the 2 bathrooms, not many tiny homes have 2 bathroom. Also to turn it into an office is pretty cool as well as a laundry room. You will need to potty rooms if and when you decide to have children.

We usually don't comment, however, this was one of our very favorite videos! We could absolutely see ourselves enjoying this lifestyle!

Beautiful Tiny! One thing that would be a great benefit is for builders to be mindful of creating a wall to allow for a TV to be placed. That height will ultimately cause neck/spine issues over time. Love the layout of this home in all other aspects. Would it be possible to provide a round figure on the cost of this home? Looking to build something like this beauty! Thanks ☺️
