I guess the adage is TRUE, build it they will come .. nice build, good presentation, the pottery studio is a great addition to her home scenario, does it cost extra on lot rent to have? Totally awesome of her to consider her fellow neighbors w water catchment should a emergency arise. What's beautiful about these communities. It's a like, a share, it's our neighborly thoughts for each other for which we care ...it makes most whom visit agree it's what makes it desirable to reside there.... Nice. Beautiful pottery pieces . I like it when you say in order for it to stay in your collection it has to have a story....

I love this tiny home. I especially love that it is not "minimalist"! It's refreshing to see a tiny house dweller with lots of clothes, kitchenware, and especially art! I believe we, as a country, need to be more supportive of this type of lifestyle. It makes much more sense than McMansions and excessive square footage that drain natural resources to heat and cool. Happy, healthy tiny living to you Dancing Potter!; your neighbors should be happy to see you dancing!!

yes, i was just about to comment this! i love seeing a tiny house that looks "lived in", and not minimal or barren or everything is super tidy and tucked away. this looks so much more realistic and manageable for me!

What fascinates me? Her happiness! She seems like such a great person to be around :) what a lovely tiny paradise!

She's not concerned about pleasing anyone else but herself! She does exactly as she pleases & she's obviously a good cook! She has a full life. She's comfortable in her own skin & wears it well. We should all be so true with ourselves.

She's the kind of neighbor we all want. She's not only happy but she's not selfish and likes to cook and share her things with her neighbors.

Finally, an artist with bulky materials and equipment etc! I've been waiting for someone like this. I paint and sew and building my tiny.

I had the exact same reaction. Could definitely live the way she does whereas a lot of other tiny houses are beautiful but would never work for me. I love her art!

So glad that she did not need to compromise on the kitchen. Loved her happy personality. It came through in her home, studio, and narration. Wishing her a wonderful future in her tiny home. Thanks for sharing.

Love how lived in her space is. Nothing pretentious, everything is functional and suits her lifestyle. That little studio and outside space is a dream! This artist is living the true artist life ... Im so envious LOL! What a lovely person she is too!

Love how you are showing so much from one community. It give a good picture of the diversity yet togetherness of the community. Thank you for keeping the channel going with new and interesting small /tiny homes. Maybe you can do a video of just an overview of some of the community that have been created. (location number of units land and house rental availabilities ( long and short term).

That particular community in Tennessee or? They seem to be very welcoming and hearr centered ...watched their community video. I also can see that the tiny house movement is either very diverse OR diverse as this was supposed to be an alternate for those who cannot afford rising or outta ballpark prices to live. Just to live ...and now you can have bigger dollars and make a millionaire tiny house.... I know creativity and diversity is a good thing. I suppose it's all intention and creation of the individual to create a vision for best life ever....lol

The Dancing Potter is a wonderful woman! Soooooooo skilled!!! I love her paintings and her pottery. Raku pottery is one of my favourites. Beautiful stuff. Mugs are definitely my weakness. What a gorgeous home for a gorgeous and skilled woman. Congratulations to her!

Love her simple organized system for seasonal clothing-brilliant! Living tiny is a beautiful and sustainable way to live. County regulations need to recognize the desire and need for these types if communities! 👍🏻

@Darris Nelson, you would think they would change regulations, but for many counties, the larger homes bring in more tax money, which I dont understand. The way I look at it, more homes, means more money instead of trying to get the large pile from larger homes.

Loved the "ground floor" bedroom and the gorgeous lot! The kitchen was a dream! And with the outdoor studio, this tiny house was the total package.

Her kitchen is so wonderful it made me want to cry. Everything about this house is cool, I love these designs that don't have a loft, but all the ceilings are really high with open space above the rooms, making for excellent circulation. It's a little cluttered for my preference, but I usually end up that way. Love the community and she definitely has the best lot! ♥️

Amen !! We live in a 5th wheel, my kitchen is nice and roomy, but her kitchen is amazing. I love everything, I would have 2 recliners but that's me. I love her whole set up. This nation has millions of amazing people, so good at everything. I hope more and more people start living smaller. We gave our son our 2,000 Sq foot home, I refuse to live in a big house. Our son has 4 of our grandchildren and everyone needed the space. When we lived in the house we only used 1 bedroom, 2 of the bathrooms, I never went downstairs into the big family room. We own am acre of land in Jefferson County West Virginia and my husband's brother and sister in law gave us an acre of prime land here in North Texas lol I can clean up in 20 minutes. The best part of living smaller is less bill's. Have a great day.

Yours would beca little longer with another bedroom on opposite side. And youd create outdoors spaces like a studio for escaping and creative stuff or meditation, gatherings...lol

It’s a nice self-contained world that M has created. I like it. A lot. Especially the kitchen, the shower, and the firepit. M and I are both passionate crafters, in different media, and I love all of the areas dedicated to her artwork, as well as her pottery studio. I hope that you have many fruitful years in your big little homestead, M, dancing by the light of the silvery moon!

I have watched many tiny house videos. This one is my favorite. I love the layout and design. The kitchen and bathroom are truly functional. I agree about ditching the couch. Most of them seem to compromise true comfort for lack of space. A comfortable easy chair will do very well. And no climbing up a ladder to go to bed, yay! I love the separate space for her pottery studio. It’s all perfect for a single artist. ❤️

Her home was set up in a way that was pleasing to her and u can feel her thriving, happy that's why shed becso popular: relatable and vibrant. Her explanations were easy to follow. I'd like something similar thou, I'm a bath girl. As a healing artist, creator her set up was inspiring...I'm going to keep this area and her in mind. Maybe Instagram her to see if shed chat. I don't have 66 thousand but the home N outside area such a find. I would want to stand up in my bedroom too. No loft as I know it woukd get very old for me fast, only sitting in bed...i need total stretch out. For the home entrance if it rains a lot like she said i think some attractive overhang would be nice. I'd like a little more light. But overall what a great video and person. Ty

The size is perfect 9x30 seems to be the "sweet spot". And that no loft bedroom is 100% the way to go. Well done.

One of the first tiny homes that I have liked, just for the "hominess". It's not gorgeous like some of the newer tiny homes, but it looks like you can live in it! Also, kudos for knowing you didn't want a loft! It is obvious you had that additional height footage put down below into a "garage storage" area for your needs. Many people do not do this before jumping into any type of living space! It is the MOST IMPORTANT part of hunting for a home! Know before you go, and you will get what you want...or pretty darn close! Beautiful setting as well....love that little creek. It reminds me of the one my brother and I grew up near! 🥰

Everything on one floor is the only tiny house that interest me at my age (in my 70s) no climbing up and down ladders or even stairs and those low celings!! I really liked this one; she has everything she wants including a nice sized bedroom and all the space she needs!

As a big girl myself, i always wanted to see more tiny houses without a crawl space of a bedroom. Seeing this makes me happy and hopeful.

I love her floor plan concepts, they are similar to mine. I also like how tiny home owners build their work spaces and outdoor spaces. It makes it all complete.

What a lovely home. I love that style kitchen. It's perfect for a tiny home. Breakfast bar and plenty of space to prep, and the storage is very good too. The bedroom I agree. As we get older most people don't want to climb a latter to go up to bed, or come down during the night to use the bathroom. Love your closet to, no dresser needed. All the space holds all the items you need daily. Frees up floor space. The one thing I would do is have a shelf under the window. For plants and tinted glass and crystals.. that window is perfect for a giant sun catcher to. Love your dual out door space. Protects every one from the sun and rain. Perfect spot you picked for your home. 2 streams to listen to at night falling asleep and waking up to in the morning. When your finished with you dual out door space please share. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

This tiny house is very comfortable and spacious nice closet space and cubbies. The bathroom is roomy and the kitchen is perfect. I like that you can stand up in the bedroom. The whole house is very lovely and spacious you did a great job. Also the paintings are great

Awesome! Thank you! Make me feel ashamed for all I have. Stuff that means really nothing; but I might need it "some day". I am tired of cleaning the house. I can't clean the entire house in one day like I use to. I get depressed and think well no one is coming here,, I'll fold them tomorrow. My hubby prefers to eat dinner in the living room to watch tv. So we are not utilizing our dining room. Once I pulled the dining table into the living room and sat there an ate. Afterward, he said "Why'd you do that?" We are getting older, we have 3 great grandkids! Our kids moved out of state for their jobs, we are all alone here. Selling my house would not be what I really want, but to be near our son, who can look after us later, moving will happen. I don't want to buy another house. But I'm really thinking about a tiny house. My hubby can have side by side houses. LOL

I totally agree with the washer and dryer situation. All of the room is great especially the bedroom. It is not cramped and it feels like a real room rather than a cubby hole. The best kitchen even with a tiny dishwasher. I see a lot of great ideas to incorporate like the outdoor workshop. I have a karaoke/DJ set up with a portable piano, guitar and still building my studio items. I think the only thing I would add would be some sort of awning on the back area by the creek to shade the seating area. Maybe a little deck there as well.

Happy to see that it’s possible to still be an artist and live tiny.

I love everything about your house and you. You've got the most realistic tiny house I think I've ever seen. Usually when you see them they're stark and empty and minimalistic, which to me is not at all realistic. Obviously, we accumulate stuff and I personally enjoy my stuff and I can see that you do too. All your stuff is stuff you enjoy seeing and I like that about it. But that view of the creek is everything! You are really having your cake and eating it too!

Well, when she says she downsized, clearly she didn't mean in possession, lol. But I like that she has so much stuff in her home, it makes the home look lived in and cozy. Everywhere you look your eye falls on something and I'm sure they each have a story. Other tiny homes you look at are so neat and minimal, it would make me feel uncomfortable to be in them, like I might break something. And of course I love that she doesn't have a loft bedroom but an easy to get in and out of room. She's got a nice set up too, as far as her lot, she's on the end corner so no neighbors on one side. And I love the outdoor space, it's so cute! I'm gonna have to find this place the next time I visit the mountains just so I can say I've been to the place I've been watching on KZread for weeks now. 😄
