That's the way life was intended to be, you can see the joy in their faces in nice open spaces, enjoying the great outdoors. So much better than the city with it's high rise buildings which is no way to live. This is peaceful and calming ~

I love the storage that you designed around the home-priceless! The automatic bed is genius. The size of the kitchen and the bathroom won me. Yes to being debt free and having land to expand as a young couple. Blessings to you guys.🙏🏽🤍

Of all the tiny house videos I've seen so far, this is the one I like most. Very well designed, full size appliances for adult size people, plenty of storage. Congrats on getting it right.

Line the curtains to resist the heat coming through the windows in the summer time and add insulation to reduce heat loss in the winter.

@@DC45193 sorry for butting in but lined curtains are those that have a separate material backing. They have a pretty front panel with an attached thicker backing to keep out light. Can also be used by black out curtains or you can buy thicker cloth and use as lining in a diy project.

@@cindynuzzi6990 I agree!! Once she pointed out the cat food, I kept looking for the cat or cats or even just a sign of cats in the house like a litter box, bed, toys, etc. Nothing. And of course, there they finally were. Outside! At least they aren't in a heavy traffic, densely populated area, but there are still other dangers. I hope the kittens are vaccinated and spayed/neutered.

I am a total TH fan! I've virtually toured hundreds and this by far is my favorite. It is soooooo clean, tidy, organized and a visual treat for my "OCO". Obsessively Clean and Organized!

what appeals to me most about a tiny home is how often times you get to tailor the space for yourself. this tiny home has a kitchen that is nicer, bigger, and more functional than many studios or even one bedrooms, simply because this couple designed it themselves and prioritized it in their home. the degree of customizability that you can achieve for your lifestyle is a big part of the appeal of the tiny home movement for me.

This is one of the first tiny homes I've seen that has kitchen gadgets in and I mean more than just a blender. I like that they actually have a stand mixer in it. I also really like that they have a railing next to the stairs; so many tiny homes don't and I don't really get why. The elevator bed is quite interesting although I would have liked to see it at the lowest setting.

I bet some lining on those curtains would help with blocking some of the heat (and cold.) It seems like it would be an easy enough addition. Also - Did I miss the square footage? It's a beautiful home, and I could absolutely see myself living in something like this, but it seems bigger than a traditional "tiny home."

This tiny home gets an A plus from me. The house is incredibly beautiful and the design is awesome. Thanks for sharing.

You said it can get quite hot in the summer w/ a west facing exposure . On the front of your place I would add a patio cover, and since you like plants, find a vine in your climate to add to shade some of that sun from the front of your place and will bring the summer temps down. Maybe add 2 small trees on either side of your patio w/ some shrubs.

Such a sweet couple! THIS TINY HOUSE does not look tiny at all. Its so roomy. Specially the kitchen and bathroom. Love the tones of blue, my favorite. Bless you both.

Blaine and Janae I think your home is the most beautiful, spacious and well designed 'tiny home' I've seen. I'd want a tub shower combo if I could make it fit but that's the only change I'd make. Totally love your design. Elevator bed kitchen spice/pantry, laundry hanging closet, shoe storage x2... B nJ you are both such a beautiful couple. The nicest tiny house i have seen.

You have fit so much in a tiny space.. big bathroom and kitchen. Excellent job.

I would like to see another video with them that goes into more details about their solar system, which water heater they have, how they use the water storage containers in back by the propane tanks, how they move their propane tanks to fill them -- or does a truck come to them, etc.

I love how tiny homes use their space so efficiently. We could all live happily in smaller spaces if they were designed that way I think. Their outdoor space is so peaceful and lovely too. And... kittens! Looks like paradise to me.

You should get one of those giant beanbags for your loft area. It's big enough for both of you to cuddle in.

I was really thinking the elevator bed was an option for guests and that they would be showing their bedroom in the loft area. I was very surprised that they chose to not use the loft as a bedroom, it’s so big and spacious (for a tiny home). I like that they can always throw an air mattress or two ip there for guests if they choose.

You did an amazing job on this tiny house!!! It looks huge inside, but in a small comfy way.

Beautiful tiny home that doesn’t feel tiny! Love everything about it…except I would prefer a regular toilet. The full size washer, dryer, and fridge are a definite plus! So much awesome storage. I love the ginger kitties ❤️🐾🐾

Lovely couple! If a husband appreciates wife and vice versa, you gauge their love easily. Their Tiny home looks big...well done place.

This house has nothing you would not have in a regular house but so much more cozy.

Love the living room set up with the two sofas and tables... allows for larger gatherings and the murphy bed turned into bookshelves look homey.

I think a Murphy bed is nice there. It can still have shelves that move when the bed is down. I've seen that somewhere.

I love this tiny home because it doesn't really feel like a tiny home. It looks and feels spacious! Everything has a place and there's a place for everything.

Love it, this is the first time that I see a tiny house with normal everything, kitchen, living room, bathroom, etc. Is just find the perfect use of everything single space ❤️

Now this is a tiny house I could live in. It's so spacious and It has all the things I would need washer, dryer, full bath, etc. Very nice job on this build.

Great design the only modification I would make is your mini-split head unit location, if it had been located center on a side wall you would have had better circulation, the 9000BTU may have been enough, now you've got the bed blocking the air flow when it's elevated. ...and I agree,Fujitsu or Mitsubishi are the best.

Great job on your tiny house, all of the storage you made sure to have in there was very smart, i personally think if its a couple just starting out, a elderly couple that has retired, and honestly can not afford to retire completely, this would absolutely be perfect, maybe a single mom or dad, even someone disabled just change a few things for their specific needs..

You might get some external sun shades for summer. Bamboo roll-up shades are really nice because you can see through them, and they cool quite a bit.

This is one of the best tiny homes I have seen. Some great idea's and doesn't look like any compromise. The lift bed seems to be one of the key features to really get a lot of extra space.

The elevated bed is the best. I wish they had spoke more about it. I've only seen this type of bed in two other tiny homes. They're great for space saving on an absolute necessity for most of us.

You both are a blessing & your home is beautiful! I can see your upstairs loft as your kids room when you have some. If you have a boy & girl you could put a divider in to fit the beds in & have the remainder as a play area! I'm a great grandma so you can see maybe why I'm looking in this direction 😆 God bless you
