The transformation is actually scary. Its hard to imagine the same space looking so beautiful after the renovation.

It’s pretty easy with efforts. I rented a shitty ghettoass studio and turned it sexier. All about ideas, efforts and a little bit of money.

I am so happy that I made a productive decisions about my finances that changed my life forever. I am a single mother and I live in Spain, I bought my second house in February and I hope to retire Next year at 40 if all goes well. Thanks to Lander C'Ann for helping me achieve this.

Beautiful transformation from an empty space into an elegant home. The change in colour palette and adding the false wall, kitchen table and desk really help to make the main room feel cozy and inviting.

This, by far, is one of the BEST transformations I have seen for a compact space. EXCELLENTLY EXECUTED. 🎯🎯

5-10 years? That layout is good for 50 years! If the materials are real as described then with relative upkeep everything will remain timeless!

The carpentry for the living hall, doors, kitchen and rooms really elevates the ambience. Combining practicality with aesthetics, without over doing it and achieving an enduring hotel suite experience. Great work!

i was shocked when i saw the before photos. the before pics had little furniture but it looked so much more cramped than the after pics. great job!

The before photos mirror those you will see for a gazillion condos in KL and Penang. Developers rarely care about anything other than price per square metre - it's left to the owners to bring their own style to the shell. Few of us have the budget for a full refit but I applaud this family for taking on the cost and inconvenience - bravo.

I'm so happy I came across your channels. I've always dreamt of renovating my home to look like these but could never afford to do so. So, it's really nice to be able to see it turned into a reality for these people.

@@rhryrtu Impossible, you are way too outrageous, the whole renovation price of this condo including furnitures and appliances can't be less than half a million US dollar.

@@Jeffnvz Nah. In my view it cannot be more than Rm500,000 because a lot of the things seen in this condo arent as costly as they used to be. With proper cost optimization, it can be even lower like the Rm350,000 mark maybe. Been in the business for 2 years but maybe KL reno rates are different from JB. I'm an ID based in JB side.

@@gu411230 My guess was $100,000 as well, which amounts to about RM400,000 or slightly above. It's funny when you think about it, because that amount of money is enough to buy you another property. This lady and her husband must be very rich.

I've known so many girls in college that design their apartment like it's a chic luxury hotel lobby. pleasing and warm upon entry but too cold to stay and enjoy. Just like how fastfood uses bright colors to seem inviting but then strain your eyes about 15 minutes later.
