Nice presentation. Amongst the multifunctional design is the focus on the kitchen as a family room. Example, i love to cook and i never leave the kitchen when cooking, as a result family or guests often gathers in the kitchen...more or less until am done. That utility integration is an incredible design element.

Is there a point to talk about energy efficiency of appliance when the houses you have shown have huge floor to ceiling windows?

Huge windows, might have pros on efficiency; gets more light don't need to heat, new windows have better thermal conductivity for heat lose, and it also depends on the location.

@@bulentkarakis It is quite likely that in a place where at certain times you can use window to heat a dwelling, you also need to cool it down other times. Thermal conductivity of double glazed windows is four to six times higher than a brick wall.
