To explain events in the video,
The shuttle kept on spinning because during launch the engines were angled at 20* to correct for the misaligned centre of mass. During the early stages, the mass was higher as there was more fuel and the boosters were still attached. The main fuel tank also had RCS so it could correct any rotations. As the engines nozzles were in a fixed position I couldn't straighten them as the mass decreased. This meant in space every time I fired the engines I would also rotate. During the landing, I kept on spinning uncontrollably and entering a stall. I think it's because of bad game physics. I tried multiple times to land and they all failed. I concluded that it was impossible to land.
