Eddie Martinez's work begins with constant drawing. When he visited Space K, we were able to see his constant drawing and hear about how his drawings evolved into paintings.
Q1. 드로잉 도구를 손에서 놓지 않는 것이 인상적인데, 지금 그리고 있는 드로잉에 대한 이야기를 들려주세요.
: 지금요? 그냥 낙서 중이에요. 방향도 없고 특별한 건 없어요.
Q2. 작업 중인 드로잉을 봤는데요. 드로잉에 특별한 영감이 있나요?
: 저 그림을 보고 있었고, 다른 그림의 액자를 떼어내기도 했고, 닥터 페퍼 캔과 새 등 평범한 것들이요

Q1. It's impressive that you never let go of your drawing tools, tell us a story about what you're drawing right now.
: Right now? I'm just doodling. No direction. Nothing in particular.
Q2. We saw the drawings that you've been working on. Are there any particular inspirations for your drawings?
: I've been looking at that painting and I took the frame out of the other painting and just the regular stuff, the Dr. Pepper can and birds.
