Oh, 100% for sure, wild card after wild card. That whole mission was a dumpster 🔥. Sadly, IRL I don't expect Elons mars base plans to fair any differently. That is assuming they survive the journey all of the way there, + stick the landing just for starters. No matter how cool or interesting I think the venture is, I would still have to say that it's a massive waste of time, lives, & fuel resources. Additionally I'm uncertain as to how much trust u could place in Spot or any of the other creations coming out of Boston Dynamics these days seeing as how the company has been purchased by Google/Alphabet. China could at any time pressure Google into making those bots covertly sabotage the entire operation in a multitude of different ways.

I don't think SE is nearly stable enough, but i'm waiting for the moment it becomes possible to make decently functioning(probably with a LOT of scripting assistance) Mobile Suits in game. The thing that will genuinely surprise me and amaze me the most is if someone can not only make a functioning mobile suit, but make one that can join to its various parts in-air. Think the Impulse Gundam, complete with striker packs.

But the time and patience it takes to do all the programming to get everything actually moving the way you want them for something like this is on another level. Awesome, I love to do automation in this game. It feels so good. 🙂 I wish such stuff would be possible on the servers.

Yooo, allow me to highly commend your presentation and effort in this video. As with many others I was impressed by the quality of your content. The companion mech is also a really cool idea! I also specifically appreciated the showroom you made within SE for this!

Love your creations. There is a script which uses camera raytraycing to have a drone follow the player around like a pet while logging the path, so you can send it back on it's own. I wonder if that could be repurposed for controlling a walker like this.

Would be kind of cool if there was a CnC Mech that then controlled a swarm. Can you imagine 4-5 of these marching up to a base? Very cool, thanks so much for this!

Dude, you're an actual genius with this stuff. I can barely build a ball turret without it dying a fiery death of explode, lol.

i absolutely love this lil thing. in my use of it, ive found better survivability when equipping it with faux armor plating that extends the silhouette downwards under the mech. in theory, it adds more surface area that would be targeted, to no avail as there is nothing behind it.
