Stop saying the clapping is annoying, it cheers at her and fill her with strong positive vibes. This feels so amazing when you're performing to hear it, it gives you adrenalin and strength to do your best. I personally love this kind of public.

Agreed. It wasn't the most in beat/rhythm but the crowd is interacting! It's more exciting for everyone and especially the performer to see the crown is enjoying it and cheering. Imagine if it was just silent?

I used to be a performer and I absolutely hated it when the audience would clap like this because it threw rookie performers off beat since they weren’t used to hearing some one clap out of tempo and it always felt awkward? Just my opinion tho

I’m a dancer and I have never seen such energy in a figure skating routine. I mean, she has the whole crowd crazy while holding that “zero effort badass” vibe on her! I’m so impressed!!

Vincent Zhou’s gala performance of slow dancing in the dark was on beat for most if not all of it, I’d really recommend searching it up and watching because it’s such an amazing performance

you see, you don't need to do a bunch of axel and lutz quads to be a good figure skater. you just need to be passionate while skating, and have confidence in yourself. I mean look at her! She was amazing, and she was on beat for the entire time! Also, she looked rlly hyped up and excited, and I felt the same way by watching her.

unfortunately, modern figureskater emphasizes a lot of the points towards the jumps, it just seems so robotic now. The last Winter Olympics it was like watching someone cram as many elements as possible within a program to get the most points.

Seriously. It was so incredibly refreshing to see a skater be so musical with music that's so modern and hard to skate to, but that shit'd never fly in competition. Which is a damn shame, but that's just how it's been for the past few years.

Was it just me or when I saw the thumbnail I thought to myself what the heck is that Chungha ice skating? But wow that first spin was so smooth ❤️ loved it

It is so touching seeing the crowds so responsive, wish more people can appreciate figure skating.

As an ex-figure skater it’s honestly so amazing when the audience hyped u up bc it makes u want to do better and it makes u feel like u have to land the jump or get the right number of rotations on the spin honestly the audience is amazing

진짜 보면서 기쁘기도 하고 슬프기도 했는데ㅠㅠ 소연 선수 역시 표현력이 장난 없으시네요 끼도 많으시고 무대를 즐기는 모습이 보이셔서 태양의 서커스 가신 것 잘하신 것 같아요 앞으로도 잘 지내셨으면 좋겠네요

if you’re talking about 0:49 then yes, it’s a 2A ^^ since it’s an Axel she does 2.5 revolutions since she takes off forwards but lands backwards
