Beautiful! Even during the cold war and current diplomatic disputes, I've always felt there were ordinary citizens like myself that just want to enjoy life and raise their family, properly. I didn't even know there was a soviet funk scene back then. Once again, Magnifico!

it was almost impossible to find even common US vinyl in USSR that's why the prices for imported record were so high on the black market, but soviet jazz was available on our major label Melodia in the 70s, so anyone can buy vinyl or real to real tape and listen to it. Situation in the 50s was different anyway, but in the 70s many people were into black music (e.g. jazz and so). Polish jazz from the 60s/70s is amazing too!
