I may not be a sovereign citizen, but I am a sauvignon citizen. That means I’m full bodied with a peppery finish, and if a police officer so much as approaches me there’s a 90 percent chance I’m getting tased. As a sauvignon citizen I may not be a member of the United States, but I do have a piece of paper I bought off the internet that identifies me as grown in the Bordeaux region of France where the nights chill leaves the thinnest layer of frost, perfect for the dark red fruity notes I’m known for. Also if anyone asks me for my driver’s license I’ll spray blood out of my eyes like a horned lizard and continue doing whatever it was that requires a driver's license. Nobody can stop me until I’ve achieved my goal of becoming entirely sauvignon. The sauvignon code says “no country, no king, medium-high tannins” and those are words I will defend no matter how many times I need to replace my windows or see my car impounded because the license plate is just a piece of paper that reads PRIVATE RESERVE. One day this country will finally wake up and realize that the government doesn’t exist, and police aren’t allowed to arrest you until you’ve decanted for at least an hour. Also as a sauvignon citizen my appearance on To Catch a Predator is not legally binding in any way, nor are the forged checks that multiple state counties that I don't recognize are out to get me for without my consent.

I attended a seminar on handling cases under 42 USC §1983, where a federal judge (ND of California) said his staff spends about 10 to 20 hours per week shredding random filings from sov cits and other kooks. That's 1/4 to 1/2 of an FTE, for one judge in one courtroom.

I used to work for a bank. I would get calls from customers claiming sovereignty, requesting (quite politely, I will say) that the bank withdraw their outstanding mortgage payments, taxes and insurance from their "special trust deposit". It was always a customer service challenge when ever I took one of these calls. Long story short, the bank foreclosed on a lot of 'domiciles' of 'sovereign' customers who stopped making their mortgage payments.

That’s an unprofessional Sovereign. Years ago I stopped a vehicle which was displaying an unauthorised licence plate. Much effort had gone into the construction of the plate as it even had an embossed sovereign citizen cvoat of arms on it. As part of the action I took I seized the licence plates & also arrested the sovereign who assaulted me whilst trying to take his fraudulent property back. It was very exciting stuff 😂 A few weeks later I was served with a PILE of paperwork indicating that I had been convicted in a Sovereign Courts ‘sentenced to life in prison for the grand larceny (of the licence plate). The paperwork suggested I handed myself in immediately to prevent further punishment. 😮 A few weeks later the sovereign failed to appear at court & a warrant was issued for his arrest. I couldn’t help myself, armed with the warrant I attended the property where the sovereign resided. Upon arrival I was greeted with a large fence & a sign stating that entry into the property required a valid passport & visa (as apparently I was entering a different country). There was an intercom, security camera the gate was bolted with lock & chain. I rang the intercom but there was no response BUT I noted security cameras were panning in my direction so in order to affect the warrant I removed my trusty bolt cutters & breached the gates security. I then drove onto the property & proceeded along the driveway towards the homestead. About 3/4’s of the way I was confronted by a “small army” of folks dressed In quasi military uniform & the sovereign was leading them. The sovereign commanded his troops to arrest me & take me to cells 🙄 After a short standoff of perhaps 3 seconds, I placed the sovereign into handcuffs & conveyed him back to the Police Station where he was prepped for appearance directly before the court. Apparently I am still listed as a fugitive in his world 🤣

I remember seeing a video of a sovereign citizen. She got pulled over, and the cop asked her for her id. It went like this: Cop "I need to see your id." Lady "I don't need an id. You don't have the right to ask me that" Cop "... if you are driving you need an id. Please get out your id thank you. Lady "I am not driving I am traveling" Cop "... you ARE driving. All US citizens need proper identification for driving." Lady "I am not a United States citizen I am a citizen of the FREE EARTH." Cop "...... 🤨" Lady "You do not have the right to arrest me I am not giving you consent to arrest me!" After watching this I stood in a corner facing the wall wondering what the world has come to.

Do you think we don't know that police can shoot and kill us? Or you putting us in a cage because we didn't do what you say Lol of course we do. We are just leaving it up to a higher power to take care of your control freak ass lol be it god universe karma or whatever external forces are out there. Our job is just to not comply in order to make it lawfully binding for you guys to face consequences. If we don't express our lack of consent, then you will not be lawfully liable for your harm. So our job is let you know, hey man I don't want to participate in your games, leave me alone. If you and your government dogs (cops) still try to harm us then the karma is on you and you have to deal with that. When we say the government doesn't have jurisdiction on us and it doesn't have authority, we do not mean it can't use its dogs to hurt us lmao we know they can hurt us, arrest us, and put us in cages in the physical realm, what we are saying is IN SPITE OF THIS, they still do not have authority on my mind or spirit. personally my favorite SC trope is the one where they "inform" a judge that a court displaying a gold-fringed flag designates it solely as an admiralty court, so whatever civil or criminal action being brought against them is out of the court's jurisdiction. you can imagine that if this ever happens to "impress" a judge in any way, it's only because of the SC's sheer audacity lol... it's the funniest thing too because I'm truly not sure what they expect or envision will happen when they do that? do they think the judge is just gonna be like "damn.... u got us, son" while the entire courtroom transfigures before their eyes now that they've said the magic words to unlock the Secret Version of the law??

They use the term more as a reference to "natural law", which can be defined as rules of behavior that arise out of the general nature of people living together -- like theft, robbery, murder, trespassing, etc. all being illegal under natural law theory. The problem is that natural law theory is not a workable legal system, and like most natural law theorists, it becomes a proxy for "what I don't like is illegal because reasons". They don't make the distinction that the legal system does. They see "common" law as meaning "the law that applies to everyone regardless of which country they're in" and not the English system of judge-made law that takes past appellate decisions as a living and evolving legal system.

So of course her sovereign citizen community keeps her away from mental health experts. The real research person does not claim to be a Sovereign, but uses law and constitution to win their cases. Every human on earth is born a Sovereign, but Government will not inform anyone of their true rights directly. Unalienable rights and freedoms are sovereignty. Unalienable rights is a lawful term that does work in a court of law, and the US Government acknowledges all people with unalienable rights and freedoms. SEE: Title 18 U.S.C. § 241, 242.

He is paranoid, when he choses to be, but not completely delusional, at times, I think he knows somewhat its all bs but by spreading the message he brings fear then power to those around him and that's what he feeds on. He has all his paperwork printed out. He has been in and out of court and representing himself with that crap. I agree with you Dr Grande, they need to believe this delusion and their 'birthright' stacks of cash cause of all the crimes they commit. I dont believe everyone who lives like this is that extreme cause most of them have spouses and kids and the 'Believer' will force them to live this way, so they're just doing what they're told. But those that truly believe this craziness they are just gone. Hope the innocent bystanders are able to escape that life. Oh and he is a big time scam artist. Anything to make a quick buck.

In other words, it was "old news" 32 years ago. I think the SPLC has it tracked as far back as the 1950's, though people weren't calling it "sovereign citizen" back then. When it's harmless, it's kind of funny -- a great example of "cargo culting", where "we have no idea what any of this actually means, but if we do the same dance and sing the same songs as the people who do, we'll get the same blessings they get" -- whether it's building an airport and fake planes out of bamboo or throwing legal-sounding words together randomly.

He is part of this movement and was incarcerated for tax fraud for 10 or so years, claims to have a PhD of some kind though it isn't valid, was an alleged "science teacher" for a private unaccredited school program, and is a young earth creationist preacher (which would be the crazy theory that he believes instead lizzard people :P). Keep up the great work, Dr. Grande!

@@JessHull making a compiler is not an extraordinary task. In fact, building a compiler is part of standard Computer Science curriculum, and most CS majors did it at least one. Now, he might be a smart guy and good programmer, but claim that he is "most intelligent" is quite ridiculous. For example simply because there is no international competition between programmers and even criteria what makes a good programmer is not something well defined.

ALL PEOPLE BORN ARE CONSIDERED SOVEREIGN. All states in the US are Sovereign. It is NOT a movement, it is established law, but these people that claim being sovereign, were taught from a person that is as radical as TODD GRANDE on his narrative, than person that was taught be a radical sovereign in their narrative. Ignorance is the weakness of humans when they just take someones word for it and live their life in a way that is extreme, rather than being well informed.

Actually, if Todd Grande did any kind of research, he would have presented the real truth of it, which exists under standing law, Constitution and civil rights. Todd Grande lied on almost every subject and suppressed truth in the video, in support of a narrative that enslaves people under corrupt portions of Government that do not want its enslaved citizen to know their rights.
