I said the same damn thing! Gabby had all of them looking tight as a unit. Her counts and ripples made for more a captivating visual effect. I think ppl were jealous and became use to the captain being center stage, her counts made the Entire team look great and told the story if each song. I found myself looking at all of them as a TEAM!

I have to admit I was one of those that was upset with the captain selection for 2018 cause I wanted Jorden so I never paid attention to that season. Now I’m watching the videos of Gabby and my gosh. All those counts that I never seen Micah throw now I know why people said she should’ve gotten a second year as captain. Gabby was truly breathtaking.

To me, Micah is a great dancer but a lot of people got that confused with being a great leader. If being captain was purely based off of whether the chosen person could dance, any one of the girls could’ve been captain. Being a captain is more than being a good dancer, it’s about being a good leader. We learned that in 2019 with Micah. She was alright but the count selections were unbearable sometimes and she had no diversity when it came to counts either. The way the Stingettes did the dolls in 2019 should’ve been a huge wake up call. Every one of the girls is a good dancer but not every one of them is a good leader.
