South Florida's Top place to ride MTB | Markham Park

I came to Florida for the holidays and decided to stay all month. I cannot wait to continue exploring Florida and all its MTB trails. I also got to take out my new bike for the first time. It is a Liv intrigue advanced pro 1, 140 travel, 29 inch wheels. This rig was incredible super fun and flowy on these trails. I also hit a few jumps and it felt great!
If your in the area and want a good place to ride you should definitely check out Markham park. It has a little bit of everything, rock gardens, tech, gap jumps it even has progression session areas also known as a skills park! I love seeing all the great improvements to this park. Along with biking they also have bbq sections, a doing park, a gun range, a place where you can fly remote control airplanes, jet skies and so much more.....It s a perfect spot for the whole family!!

You need to go ride Graham Swamp while you’re in Florida. Don’t get stuck on the big 5 trail systems that you miss this gem. Enjoy Florida!

One day you're at Fort Hill jump trail in MA fighting to stay alive...the next day you're at a FL park fighting to stay awake. LOL So glad I moved out of FL and back to MA. Although Clermont FL had some steep roads just behind Citrus Tower as part of the road race. Sadly, it's just not the same. Gotta love the seasons in FL...both of them. Summer and 3 weeks of winter.

Top 5 places, Markham park, Virginia key, Oleta state park, Quiet Waters & Jonathan Dickinson. Didn't make it to Amelia Earhart, unfortunately time ran out on us. Stress less, ride more. Love your stuff and congrats on the new bike. This will sound very nit picky but please put a higher engagement rear hub on there. Will stop the pedal "clank" sound and help with climbing. Only saying this for positivity :)

Markham has cool trails and it was my home trail before I got hit by a car on my bike .. trashed my bike and my ankle and knee so I haven't been out to the trails since but I sure do miss it and it looks like they have made some great upgrades at Markham as well since I've been out .. while your in Florida definitely go check out Santos .. thanks for sharing your vid

Nice new bike, since I bought my 2022 Giant Trance e+1 I’ve been hooked on the Maestro suspension, looking to buy a Trance X soon. I love what Florida offers, it’s so unique for having no mountains, they really have adapted building with their terrain.

Trance X 29 is a underrated beast! Climbs effortlessly and snacks on rock gardens. Highly recommend!

@@phantoms-yy5jv You'll be fine with 800 mm bars. I can only think of one section of trail on "Moonscape" where you ride through 2 trees but it's a slow flat section son no worries.
