STOP with the emphasis on 78704. the true south austin (what austin is really about) is the 4-5. either way, it doesn't really matter. you have to be from the northeast or be a trust fund baby to live in this town anymore. my realtor just showed me a house one block over from lamar/rundburg for 250k. it now cost a quarter million just to live in the "hood". i respect you are a realtor, but you couldn't GIVE houses away in the four five 20 years ago.
