IU is definitely one of the most loved and respected Korean singers. Literally almost every kpop idol has done a cover for at least one of her songs. Lilac, Celebrity, Eight, Love poem, Through the night & Knees are one of my favorite songs by her (Eight actually features Suga). You definitely need to check more of her songs they're awesome.

Yellow card is symbolizing a warning sign, like in football match. The song is a warning to people who hates her, gossips about her, or invading her privacy boundaries. About her dancing, well, what you saw here is what IU would typically do for choreo, on the slow side and smooth, but very suitable to her song and vibe. IU has difficulties to synch her lower and upper body movements in a dance...for some choreo she even tried training separately for each lower and upper body. I guess this is also one of the factor taken into consideration, bcs those choreos are very exhausting for her to train.
