Hi, Velile. Thank you for another very informative video. People can also open accounts with hardware stores in the area where they are intending to build. The store gives you the account details as well as your reference number - you pay into the account as and when you can. When you have acquired enough money for the building material you just go there to buy building material to the value of your savings.

I came to SA from the uk 🇬🇧 but i was disappointed because i asked for your assistance & you refused you said you dont assist people with that. My question is do you only assist African Americans to our lands in South Africa or what ? Also if you are charging i feel even if I am not American you should say your charges so anyone who require your assistance can get it instead of you focusing in African Americans. I was actually shocked when you said you couldn't assist us when i see your videos with Americans & Jamaicans all the times. But no offence taken its shocking the way you do things .

@@lebogangmosebi1485 You need knowledge regarding the land reform. Unfortunately you will not understand my opinion if you know nothing as in to why the GVT is doing a land reform. You have to understand why the South African Government has taken those farms away from the colonisers to give them to the rightful owners. It's called tribal land for a reason. Now how is it going to benefit a lady who has worked all her life as domestic worker or how is our younger generation going to benefit from this tribal land if its given to the Americans & if an SA person who has the right to land seek for assistance is not given to them & yet others from different countries ask for assistance & they get it. Remember I was not asking for free service from Velile mina too but because I am not American she refused. Yet when people who has money but not their tribal land gets the assistance. Bare in mind the *tribal land* is for South Africans & its for those who can not afford to buy land that cost millions abahlala emkhukhwini. So Americans should buy any other land in SA but not to give them all that land & dish it to them like that. Its R3000 for a reason to accommodate umama osebenza emakitchin, to accommodate that young man osazama ukwakha umuzi wakubo or those trying to start farming in small scales or start a business.
