The capitalist policies are the reason behind Cape town job creation, Communism doesn't work.

Yes and I noticed that they are using this type of strategy, now I'll explain: I have sent my CV thousands of times to various companies in South Africa that were looking for office or other specialized personnel and they have always rejected me, but it seems strange to me that white people who lives in Italy like me and therefore in Europe, with skills below mine at the first try she was taken to South Africa to work, while I am super specialized with 2 diplomas and super with experience in industrial and naval shipyards and with all the office packages, Excel and access in my possession complete with 2 of my leading companies in Europe, complete with being an entrepreneur in the commercial logistics sector throughout Europe and an entrepreneur in digital marketing, rejected over and over again. While mediocre white people are taken immediately... I wanted to gain experience outside of my companies to see if I could invest in South Africa and if the country was for me I would leave full management of the companies in Europe to my sister for 1 year, to help me hire in South Africa to gain work experience and observation to see if investing in the country, but I understood that they are only hiring whites because in South Africa all the companies are in the hands of whites and the vast majority of the resources, about 85% are in the hands of the white man and therefore for them I would be uncomfortable, a specialized black man and also an entrepreneur is not good, and therefore the tactic is to hire white people from Western countries in order to increase the white majority in the country and little by little they not only have 85% of the whites who possess all the resources will slowly become the ethnic majority in the country and this will be their goal.
