@@Toons595 he was calling out the people that don’t take the time to listen to his specials and just take the things they see in articles and videos and posts online about him as a realistic version of him, when he is actually very different from their assumptions. One of his examples in the special, to disprove his transphobia, was a story about one of his really good comic friends that wasn’t popular at all, and when talking to Dave, expressed they wanted to be a comic and that it was their dream. Anyway, Dave actually allowed that person to be an opening act for one of his shows and supported them for a while until they killed themselves. That person was transgender, and she was also one of the only people to come back at the Twitter backlash with her experiences with Dave, and proved all the haters wrong for lack of better terms. Hope that clears it up a little, but I’d still recommend watching the special for full context.

dave chepels last special was filmed because he had a trans friend pass away and even said they laughed at some of the jokes he told

UPVOTE SO THEY SEE (THIS MAY BE EDITED IN THE FUTURE) I went back in old podcasts and some of the conversations raised a few unanswered questions. (Keep in mind majority of the quotes are paraphrased) Blarg said “As a Canadian it was weird I could see Mexico without actually being in it” This raises the question have you been to Mexico and do you have any interesting stories about it? In one episode Blarg said something like “I don’t want to live to be old. I don’t want to just drink and paint shit in my garage all day that sounds miserable.” However, in a later episode he said “When I got old I want to be like my grandma. She just gets drunk at like 6 am and paints.” Is there any reason that comes to mind for the sudden change of heart or is it just your brain consisting of iguana salad? Sorry for all the Blarg questions but… Do you ever plan on releasing any guitar, screaming or both? You seem very passionate and it would be nice to hear some. Same goes for McNasty, will you ever release anything else other than “reason” (All of y’all should also def make a semi-serious song together. Even if it’s like tenacious D style) This isn’t exactly a question but… If/when you get another grizzy episode you should ask questions that y’all have answered in the past as this provides new content and could easily branch off into more new content. I’ve developed a good joke filter because of you guys. I can usually tell when someone is good with a certain joke or not.

Topic: how close have the goons gotten to locating dave

Dave Chappelle actually had a trans friend of his start a show for him at some point. They bombed out apparently but he was happy to let them return and try another show. The friend killed themself sadly. I think it was related to being friends with dave chappelle and bullying from that

Yeah she defended Chapelle and said that people shouldn’t get so offended over a couple of jokes. In return the progressive and welcoming trans community on twitter started harrasing her and sending her death threats daily. She couldn’t handle it and took her own life, but both McNasty and Hasan conveniently left this out because it doesn’t fit their own narrative

McNasty is the last person I'd expect to be triggered by Chapelle. Is he secretly trans?

Secondly, TOPIC QUESTION for the next podcast: Since Soup has already done an album, would TheDoo ever consider the same and put a full length album out? I would buy that thing in a heartbeat! Once again, love what you guys do and providing the laughs we need!

I love watching 2 bears 1 cave podcast on Mondays and then later on in the day if this podcast out. (Or two days later…) The goons need to watch your moms house podcast. I think they would enjoy the dark humor!

Mcnasty when talking about Dave just became the very thing he made fun of 😂 also all the things about Dave are wrong he’s not that bad of a guy if you can’t take his comedy don’t listen to him even tho the trans community tried to cancel him and caused one of Dave’s trans friends into suicide
