I have the same amplifier. How do you open this one up to see the guts?

My cousin have that amp any idea why it’s not turning off even tho we pull out the remote wire ? Also what version is the 2ohm n 1ohm ours is evox-2 and was told it’s the 1ohm ?

@@RodofAllTrades thanks for the replies we had subs wired to 1ohm subs check with multimeter at 1ohm then hook up to the amp n check there it also read around 1ohm too shouldn’t it read higher for the 2ohm version amp ?

Hope this isn't the amp I'm buying

Lemme let you know that you know nothing about modern amps. This is an audio driven fan. This is the weirdest test i've ever seen. This man is trynna make an analysis just by turning on an amp with no speakers on

The reason I was doing this is because the last amp I had like this one would get burning hot not even playing music. I would just have it remotely turned on. I was trying to see if this is just something these Brazilian full bridge amps do. I had a SounDigital 3K that worked perfectly. It would only heat up when driven hard, but at idle, it would be barely luke warm.

Also, if the fan is "audio driven" why did it eventually turn on without the amplifier receiving a music signal, or having any speakers connected?

@@RodofAllTrades most of brazilian amps are half- bridged. Remember this fan is simultaneously driven by temperature degree too...i've been using brazilian and chenese powerful amps for years, and trust if your amp turns hot without load, it probably has some biasing or switching issue.

@@roelvisgrullon8696 I am not an amplifier circuit expert, however - I do my homework. I do know that TWO FULL BRIDGE amps CANNOT BE STRAPPED together. The amp in my video is a FULL BRIDGE design and it says in the owner's manual that it can't be strapped with a second identical amp. Here is a video link of a VERY knowledgeable guy.
