Just got mine today and they won't pair or reset. The light on the case doesn't flash when holding down the button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode or flash when I hold down the button for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Tried all the steps on the video and still nothing. Calling soundcore tomorrow to see if there is an alternative step to get them to work.

@@Natan_Ghaner I traced it down to the battery case. I have another pair of A3i earbuds that work perfectly and I stuck the earbuds that won't pair into the case of the one that works ok and the earbuds pair normally in that case. Amazon already refunded me and told me to keep or discard the defective ones but I will keep them and try to get the case to work properly. Basically what it is the battery in the case won't charge. Soundcore sells just the case but it's $32. Not worth it. You can buy a new set for about $10 more.
