Thanks for the video Jefe! I had a pair of liberty 3 pros that I had from release and loved them, but lost them recently on a flight unfortunately. Made the jump and bought the liberty 4's for 80 pounds new in the UK so I'm hoping they fit and stay in my ears ok for the gym, as the liberty 3's were amazing for that with those wing tips. @@amedeofortunato9854 Sadly, the phrase, _"your mileage may vary,"_ applies to virtually everyone when it comes to earbuds. All I can say is *_I_* have no problem with soreness or fatigue when wearing the *L3P* for long periods. And not only do they sound amazing, but they are also very secure. So much so that the noise cancelling (for me) is fantastic. I forget I have them in. Unlike other earbuds, I never have to adjust them. I understand your hesitation. To alleviate any concerns, I order through Amazon. As you probably already know, this allows you to try them for 30 days. If you are not happy with them, you can get your money back, no problem. You should do a video on earbuds awards of 2023. Something like what mkbhd does on his channel for phones every year. You have become my go to channel for headphones and earphones.

Can you do a comparison with the touch sensitivity? My ears are covered most of the time and I have both the Liberty 4 NC and the Space A40. Space A40 touch sensitivity is high enough that it will sense though certain fabrics, but earbuds don't stay in my ears. Lib 4 NC fit and stay in my ears wonderfully but the touch sensitivity is the pits. Thinking of another pair but touch sensitivity is a important key factor that most people don't talk about.

Like my SC life p3's...excellent earbuds imo. However, my favorite are still the Earfun Free Pro 2's with a custom EQ using the Aireps 15 6x app to set a new default(personal) eq.

How about sound quality of Liberty 4 when compared to Liberty Air 2 pro ? I've been using Liberty Air 2 Pro for 2 years and it still performs well and thinking of upgrading to Liberty 4 !

All are well detailed, I might choose Liberty 4 NC. I'm sure there will be more new series, like El Jefe mentioned, coming out, I'm pretty sure of it.

I had to get a refund for mine after a month. The left one had some crude plastic going around the line where the bud splits open. I felt pain and irritation every time I put them in or tried to adjust it, which I did a lot of because they always came loose even after trying all the different size tips.

agree. I was fluctuating between Space 40 and Liberty 3. Liberty 3 feel very heavy over time, noice cancelling was full of white noise. Space 40 has better ANc and general sound q

Love Jefe’s reviews, cause of this one I picked up a set of Space A40s for work and have not been disappointed so far, I was using linkbuds s but, there’s a glitch when I make calls which I need often take or make often in my pest control job. I have a set of AirPods Pro 2’s but prefer to keep those as my travel/ day off buds. So far the A40s sound great, call quality is good, battery life has been awesome too

I have the x10 I have changed over to magnetic charging for all my headphones and wireless charging pads. Its so much easier to swap to the magnet between the charging pad and case then to plug in.

The mic quality on the 4 nc is still good or what is your rate with phone calls qualities(from the other side mostly)

Im thinking of getting the space a40 , i have the liberty 3 right now and they are awesome but they’re bulky , im Canadian and it gets cold here , the liberty 3 dont fit very well under a tuque, the liberty 4 would be a good choice to .

I’m still using the liberty 2 and they still perform just like the day I got them. Basic but great for sound and comfort.I sleep with the life note 3 xr. You might have talked me into the liberty 4. It’s time for a upgrade.

I have the lib 4 pro and the lib 3 pro. Amazon lost my receipt and I have to do warranty with them and I’m in a stale mate. The 4s have failed to needing replaced onxe already. I use them every night. They snuck in some design changes from the original 4 pro. Great video.

Unfortunately you can’t. It’s one or the other.

A40 from what i get is the most vfm. Right now they sell them for 65 euros at their official site.

El jefe, once again the most thorough reviewer out there 👏 After loving my space a40s for 8 months they fell out of my pocket while at work😢 anc is nice to have but detailed sound with bass plus hear through (because I work in people’s homes) is priority. I never liked stems (period) but this is enticing. Would you change over?

I would. The Liberty 4 NC are very close in price to the A40. I’d give them a shot!

I can't fault any of the soundcore buds. After then NCs I won't buy any more. Its just nice to be able to grab a pair when I go out

As much as I like Soundcore, I think they are making way too many options within their line, instead of slimming down to less but consistent products. Idk, that’s just my opinion.

@@ELJefeReviews thank you. I know that “the more, the better” but that sometimes can be way too much. I think they should make less products but each one with a more focused style. For example, a model for bass heads, a model for sleep heads, a model for “overall” heads, something like that. Nowadays Soundcore has so many options that even the customers themselves don’t know where to start from…I mean, surely is good for Anker, since we need to buy each model to “find what we really like”, but in the other hand, is also a unnecessary waste of money and resources, having so many options.

Hey, I can't decide for which ones I'll be going for, A40, Liberty 4 NC, or Liberty 3 Pro I'm often sleeping with the headphones in my ear, but it feels so uncomfortable, so not sure if I can sleep well with other versions than space A40. Looking for good audio quality, like idk if there's so much difference between them all. But at the same time, my ears will get used to the sound of them lmao For now, I have wired JBL T110 and they feel uncomfortable in my ear, they don't hold up well in my ear, so it's important for me that the headphones I buy are gonna be holding well in my ears.

Bro Space A40 or Liberty 2 pros? I had the liberty 3 pros bought new but I feel like mine came defected because I would hear a metallic noise at high pitched n been traumatized to buy another ones currently have the 2 pro but I lost a earbud love love love these but they are hard to find now. Thinking of just ordering some again from eBay or trying the space a40s.

Soundcore P20i and a20i are both really great for the price too!! 😁 I was looking if you had reviewed the p20i and I couldn't find anything.

Thanks for the comprehensive review and your opinion. I was looking forward to buying L4 but after L4NC release I’m having doubts. The thing is a game mode supported by NC. Need an advice whether it’s worth it or it’s just a marketing thing. I’m aware that TWS are not great for gaming due to latency (however I don’t notice it on air pro 2 with iPhone), so wondering if L4 delivers same game experience or it’s better to consider NC? I picked L4NC, because the battery lasts an hour longer, good bass and the extras for the L4 are things i don't care about. Also L4NC has better noise cancellation, which is good for work.

I have the L4 and my wife has the airpods pro. I prefer the L4 for music with the EQ over the airpods. Microphone is better on L4 specially around a noisy environment. The transparency mode is slightly better on airpods pro and NC is better on airpods but is it worth paying an extra $100 I don't think so. I prefer the L4 over airpods any day.

Thank you for the feedback! Basically got L4NC. I’d say it’s worth the money. However comparing to air pods pro 2 it’s still an outsider for gaming. Noticeable latency (with game mode it’s just slightly better), less bass and integration with apple eco system isn’t so good. For instance, auto stop/play sometimes doesn’t work, sometimes requires manual BT reconnect after charging etc. Few more disadvantages: sensor controls are not really convenient, easy to misstap, easy to tap when you place a hand between head and pillow; noise cancellation is still better in air pro 2, e.g. in completely silent room L4NC adds a noice for some reason like it’s transparent mode. In general I’m happy with it for the price, if you can buy air pro 2 it would be better choice. And yeah for music both are not great, however with L4(NC) you get good EQ.

​@@NoDramaAllowedI have both L3P and L4 (not L4 NC), and I use my L3P more. But a lot of that has to do with the amazingly secure fit of the L3P's. I also don't get as good a seal with the L4. That may just be usique to me. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Ultimately, I have 3 pairs of L3P and only one pair of L4Side note: The Liberty 2 Air+ and Liberty 2 Pro+ are upgraded to LDAC. So that is an excellent option as the price is great, IMO.

I have all of these except the sleep buds. Here's my issue with the Liberty 4 NC: Although their sound is great and the ANC is even better than the regular Liberty 4 OG, I'd rank the L4NC transparency just barely above a shooter's pair of hearing-protection earplugs. I'd put the L3Pro in 2nd as well, but only because of the fit (the most subjective of all the ratings). Otherwise they'd be my favorite. Curiously, the L4OG fit me better than the L4NC, even though they're so similarly shaped. The head tracking spatial sound is gimmicky as h3ll, but I'm so nerdy that I like it

I got the London Urbanista earbuds the other week for $80 they advertise on the box they have active noise cancellation but can still hear traffic etc if I’m outside. Hope the life p3 are good! Got them in sky blue colour. Can you turn on noise cancelation by tapping on the side of the earbud?

ANC strength depends on how much money you spend. If you don't want to hear traffic, you will need to spend $250+ for Bose or Sony.

@@ELJefeReviews My personal favorites are the Jabra Elite 7 Pro, and Soundcore Space A40, as both stay in my ears with no issues at all. I like my Soundcore Liberty 4 NC, but, they could stay in-ear a bit better. I’ve tried three of the four included ear-tips and I think the medium works best for fitment and for noise blocking. With ANC noise canceling active, they should be able to block out almost all noise. That’s a great thing for when I’m in the hospital, where I just got out from as of two days ago. It was a rough week being there.

Great video Jefe, thanks! Really love your reviews and I make sure I see what you have to say before buy anything. I would love to get your opinion on my next TWS pair, if that's ok. Liberty 4 nc is not yet available in my country but the liberty 3 pro and the space a40 are both available at a discounted price of 80$. The 4 NC are overall the best for me. They have a gaming mode, so much more battery life, and insane anc for the price. I found the L4's noise canceling to be disappointing, it was so focused on the lower frequencies that it almost sharpens higher frequency noises when i wear them And even tho they arent as good as the L4, i was shocked at the level of detail and clarity in the 4 NC. For a single dynamic driver to sound this good is crazy to me, probably the best that a tuner can do while being limited to 1 dynamic driver

Would Space A40 be good to ride with helmet?

I just got my liberty 4ncs in pink. Definately love them in comparison to the liberty 4s, selling all my old soundcores except for the space a 40s. Liberty 4s are ok but the battery life is poor.

I got them all and I really like the new liberty 4 NC but the mic on it... Just sucks so bad.. Couple people told that they can barely hear me on them and as I spoke with them I switched earbuds, they confirmed it's much better than previously. Tested 5 different buds, even bose quiet comfort 2 is better and I thought it has a weak mic. Maybe it was just my pair. I really like this company. Everything that they offer for a reasonable price

@@kavid8120 stem much secure on ears than bulb, the gravity of the stem help.

Hey Jefe! Just found your channel, I have a pair of Soundcore R100 (about 2 years old but still sound great). However the left side bud hasn't been working since last night and I'm not sure how to get it back on again. What would you suggest is an upgrade to the R100 in terms of sound and price in your opinion? Many thanks!

P40i and Liberty 3 Pro

I've been out of the TWS game for a while, but I'm really interested in getting a new pair. I have plenty of wired IEMs so sound quality is not an issue, but Jefe, what would you say is the best TWS in terms of mic quality and noise cancellation under $50 right now? Thanks in advance!

@jeffreynyarko1154 I have all 3 go the 4NC. I have the Sony XM3s the B&0 EQ which are good but the mechanical quality of the build suck, but the EX that they replaced them with are the truth. The Jabra elite 4 actives were good but for the Money the 4NCs for sound and call quality I paid 69.00 from B?&H Photo.

I bought a rubber holder for my Liberty 4 and it no longer falls into my ears, I ride a bike, run, eat, nothing falls or moves and the best part is that it fits inside the case.

Soundcore. Edifier needs to update the TWS1 Pro. It’s been three years already.

So which would you say have the deeper bass? Lp4 or the LP3's I have the 3s using the Wavelet app and the bass gets superrrrr low! Are you saying the 4s are better than the 3s as far as bass goes?

No. The L3P have the strongest bass on Soundcore's lineup. You're good to go!

Correct! Battery life is better on the Liberty 4 as well.

Both are mostly the same. P20i has more bass. That’s about it.

currently using liberty air 2 pro and loving it! sounds great, but i have fit problem due short eartips it has... its time to upgrade and i pick liberty 4.. i hope the upgrade will be there, and it fits on my ear (the eartips looks long enough.. i literally cant get away from soundcore.. they are sounds great (im using iphone btw)

I also transferred from a liberty air 2 pro to a liberty 4 nc. The sound quality is a downgrade but with a few changes it got better

I just got ahold of my Liberty 4NC after watching your review and comparison. So far I love them and its certainly strange using a stem style after using my Liberty 2Pro+. I hope I can get different compatible eartips. Dunno if spinfit works on the oval design

SpinFit tips won’t work due to the shallow stem. The oval shape is not the problem.

@@berryreadable they were chonkers for sure but still good, the ungraded one was just to hard to pass for 25$ new after my Space40s busted. They did well but weren't gonna be permanent, they were massive but still smaller than the Bose I had before XD

How's the comfort on the 4NC, are the a40s still king ?

Opera05 have superior sound quality. Unfortunately they are still unavailable to buy.

Even though they don't have ANC, the P20i sounds really good👌. Although I have not tried the A20i, they must be more or less the same quality

After loosing 2 pairs of AirPods I decided to just quit wit those really deciding on trying these jus don’t know which ones to go for
