This is exactly how I remember my childhood days (nights). I used to sleep with this beautiful and comforting sound. It gave me a safety feeling of being inside my family’s home, with my parents and siblings, while I fell asleep with the sound of a torrential rain falling on the zinc roof. I love rain and thunder.

Flight attendant here 🙋🏾‍♀ This helps me to get sleep during my layovers at hotels. Right now, I’m in Baltimore Maryland and I have to go to sleep from 7 am - 2 pm. Already this is going to be an epic 7hr rest 😲😮‍💨

I mainly use these sounds to calm me down before sleep due to suffering with ptsd. It helps alot and have been getting longer and better sleep since using this thankyou 😊
