i dont have a tv ,and play music all day and night ,and every now and then i can not find any think i want to play ,and go on you tube ,and just pick random ,,and some times i find things i like or things i will listen to,and its not often i find one that i listen all the way till the end ,before i change it ,but this was like a holiday to me ,thats the only way i can exsplain it ,chilled relaxed and quality all the way ,thanks

And it is also therapeutic! Have you seen the video where they put headphones on Dementia patients who previously were catatonic and unresponsive.......they literally come back to life and themselves and even after the music is switched off, their brain is still in revival mode and they can chat with them and get perfectly good conversations with them! It is amazing and I don't know why this isn't adopted all over the world. The family of the patients can give them a list of their favourites! However I heard that it was discontinued, now why would the authorities do that? It feels distinctly like they would rather they stay like zombies because it is easier for the staff. My mum had dementia and stole the best part of her life away.

When I got disillusioned by the lifeless music that was being played on the radio back in the early 90's I moved backwards in time to old beautiful jazz melodies. The old Soul music was also something I loved because of the rich complex harmonies and rich chord progressions. I didn't know that Soul Music continued despite the world seemingly burying it. I am so happy to come across all these new artists writing beautiful songs straight from the heart.
