To find Sir Verdant in Matrix Mode, it will spawn in the spaceship or volcano biome, after the floor 3 boss is defeated, in an extra room, similar to the secret biomes

Sadly no. Not yet at least. He currently has no motif weapon, but they may implement it in the future. I sure hope So
