They went a little crazy with the bat logos but the idea of Raphael as a vampire is pretty hype.

I wish they brought back everyone that was missing (Taki,Zasalamel, and the rest) this felt like a completely different game

I never noticed that Raphael has unique victory dialogue against Voldo. That's another missed opportunity in SCV's crappy rushed story.

Well... i haven't played this game yet, but Raphael's design is pretty sick

The thing is that they switched many of the imputs an attributes of his moves, in IV you could switch between rushdown to traps and viceversa, he was more of a mindgame character, whose only flaw were his mediocre horizontal moves. In V for most of his good moves and traps you have to use Brave Edge or go into Preparation and then hope the other player will use the specific move that will trigger the Impact and leave them open, and his horizontal attacks didn't even get buffs.

This is the first I'm seeing of Natsu. I already hate her. Raphael is king.

@swan4568 yeah it does feel empty especially story wise there is no character stories in this game. In an interview they said they were trying to clean up the characters that had no stories. but why did they replace them with different characters without stories ?_?

Always and still is my favorite, though my fastest arcade clears are with Taki/Natsu. Super easy to ring-out with those two XD

lol Raphael grew up ... (soul caliber 2-3's Raphael was funnier)

I though he was dead in the events of SC IV..

@MarluxiaVI half of the characters' in the game were just Expy's of the better ones, i want Taki, Kilik, Seong Mina, Yun-seong and the rest back!
