Ok listen, I have a theory of what charade really is, and I think he is one of the fragments of soul edge. In his profile it says that he came across a merchant and he bought several metal pieces and he kept them safe. Eventually, bandits slew him and threw him into a ravine with the pieces which slowly disappeared from his hands and that left the remains of something that crawled. Because he died we can assume that one of these pieces fused together with the remains and he came back to life. In his character ending, it says this. "When they found one another, it was like finding oneself" Which leads me to believe that charade is one of the pieces. But the evidence keeps going, because if you look at soul edge, it's eye and charades eye are incredibly similar, so that is how I think that charade is a fragment of the legendary soul edge.

Yeah, Charade is one of the eyes of the true Soul Edge with fragments of the bandit's bones as a body. Makes u wonder what the Charade/Soul Edge final form would look like with two eyes

I play the arcade version of this game and the character I remember playing was Charade and I beat the arcade mode of that game with that character. It was one of the first satisfying moments of my life.

I always picked him when I was a kid just because he looks weird

Would have been cool if Charade could get Link's fighting style, so that we can play as the sole missing character of SCII HD

There's something cool I did. :) In the PCSX2 emulator using cheat codes for the Pal Version of the game, I made Charade use Heihachi's style.

Seong Mi-Na has a sword that does more damage but in return damages the user too. She basically killed herself while trying to hit Charade.

I wish they did an hd online version of soul calibur 3

He's a Mimic Character. So it depends on your luck which fighter he's mimicing at a round. When your skills with Raphael's Style are bad, then Charade is "bad" for that round for you.

He was a human soldier, who was in search of the scraps of the soul edge.. his adventure ended when a group of bandits killed him, but the scraps give to him new life, so he became what he looks like in the game. Now he want to find all the scraps to become just one thing with soul edge (sorry for my english, I'm italian)

Braydon Podrovitz Based on my experience, I say it depends on how many characters you’ve tried to master and used in battles. So, if you’ve experimented and trained with many characters, Charade is a good character.
