Amazed at how Soudiere tells a story of emotions. From the beginning there is only melancholy, sadness and horror - until 2:10 when there is a glilse of hope. This goes on and build up to explode on 2:51 ! Now it's the same idea and mood as in the first part, but the bass evolves and is here now to make us remember that hope is still here, evolving and shifting its key from a minor to a major one. I think he's alternating between a major and minor chord/scale degree starting at 2:51 You can hear it best at 4:18 though. That juxtaposition is so on point paired with a fat beat.

you mean Akira Yamaoka does? the piano sample is his. "Pianissimo Epilogue" is the name of the original track. I do appreciate how soudiere made it work tho
