For women who do not have the financial privilege or time, to explore their "authenticity", this is yet another example of a person who has nannies and money being afforded a platform by sycophantic talk shows and others. I do not question what she has learned. I do question how easy it is to preach about finding yourself when you have the comfort of that name and money associated. You are definitely not looking for the nearest homeless shelter or food bank.

Thank you Sophie Grégoire Trudeau for bringing mental health out of the dark and into the light. I believe there are 2 types of people in the world, those who know they have suffered a trauma and those who do not. We have all suffered trauma, big Traumas and Little traumas and PTSD happens when you were not cared for after the trauma. I adore Dr. Gabor Maté and a lot of my work is done from his teachings. I love your book, Closer Together Knowing Ourselves, Loving Each Other and I hope you will be recording your conversation on May 9 with Gabor Maté :) Thank you for helping so many, there is a lot of suffering in the world and hurt people hurt people. Perfectionism is often a PTSD response, it is unattainable, and the thief of joy. We are all navigating hidden challenges, Lead with Love & Grow in Grace, we are all connected. 💜🙏

Pierre Trudeau is struggling right now, as his marriage broke up and his political life is under fire. I am not especially a Pierre supporter, but as a human being I understand his struggles. I'd say now is not the right time for Sophie to release her book. She claims to love and respect Pierre, but this attention seeking on her part, is only making his life more difficult.

Sophie epitomizes genuine authenticity. At 49, much of her message deeply resonates with me. I must admit, I harbor no admiration for her ex-husband; nevertheless, I thoroughly appreciate her candid and unapologetic demeanor.
