Thanks. That was a really satisfying build. I wish COBI was,around when I was a kid! But i feel like a kid watching. Good for health and stress!

If Cobi sets are available in my area, I will buy and build every single sets like crazy.

I really like the trend of putting towed guns in the deluxe editions of the recent tanks, it feels like an appropriate addition that's worth the extra little cost. Do you plan to review the new Quan-Guan Churchill or any of the new Sluban tanks? There are several new ones that look like they've upped the detail level a little bit. Another great video! Thanks for giving us an honest look at these sets, its great to see before buying them for myself.

I just picked up this set along with the sdk.fz 7 with flak gun. Both are my first executive sets. Can’t wait to build them! Cobi 1:28 tanks are Aweome! Once you get one you want every one of them!

Same, Ive been a fan since 2019. My first set was USS Wahoo and i'm hoping to get the Enterprise soon.

Now that I think about it Instead of the artillery piece being apart of the executive version It could have been the parts to make a Super Pershing, a longer gun and the extra armor

I like how he adds a little comment in the title

with cobi's awesome models i think its better than lego city tracks which you see needs a wheel to make the tracks move

While this is a very good set, I feel like there are a couple of details that were done better on the previous one. The gun mantlet had printed pieces, and the front bottom of the hull was done infinitely better. The flat 90 degree angle visible on the front on this one makes me cringe.

I agree with you on that. I have the previous version and while the new M26 has some nice detail, for me, there's just something about the older version that looks really cool. I wouldn't mind buying the new Pershing if only to give my existing M26 another garage mate besides the Panzer V Panther. On a separate note, I really like that Cobi has updated the turret mounting pin, as the older style of pin was rather breakable. For example, a few days after I got my Pershing for my birthday, after seeing how solidly built it was, I decided to test its breakability by having it drop off of my 4 foot high upper bunk. Bad idea. While the tank was mostly intact, the mounting pin had snapped off. Thankfully, I had a spare part that came with the set. Later, when my Panther got knocked off my dresser by a cat, I had use some of my Lego brand pieces to make the turret spin again as the pin was not salvageable.

I haven‘t opened mine. Maybe next week but i want to change the gun of this one because it looks a little thicker. I hope there are lego pieces as sub.

Cobi never made the T34, but they made the well know T-34, also the American T34 is written without the “-“

I don't know, I have the last version and while this one seem technically more accurate, I think the old one just feels more Pershing-like Maybe they need greater depth to the road wheel molds, at least another plate between the suspension and the upper hull, and (personally) tone down the side mudguards Oh yeah and a printed coax for the mantlet

I got my first set at a gunshow about a year ago. Just wandering around not seeing much of interest and! What appears to my wondering eyes, but ww2 lego sets of wondrous craft! I was on cloud 9. I was about to run off with the king tiger, when I spied tiger 131. Now one cannot have lego tank collection and not have 131 in it. It simply isn't done. Next up! The mighty Maus!
