I’m a hobbyist user who doesn’t care too much about the canon vs sony wars lol but I own the m50 and lately I’ve noticed that even though it has limitations it was always a mighty camera if you get familiar with it! This was such a great video 🥰

Hi Man, I need your help. I need a camera to record my music sets which I want to play outside (in the mountains, beaches etc). The set will be around 60-65 mins. I tried with iPhone but it got overheated multiple times. For me good quality of video matters but I don’t wanna spend thousands of dollars as I am just starting out. I am considering ZV E10 but I am thinking during the winters if I need to record it in snow will it work ? Also which one would you suggest for a beginner ? Thank you

I got the zve10 and the reason I’ll be buying the canon m50 is the colorsss ! And the fact the the 1080p is way better than the Sony 👎🏻 I know the 4K of Sony is nice but I’m of on an order mine today ! After watching this video 🙌🏻 thanks

I’d go Sony for the lens options. I got the Fujifilm X-S20. Definitely going to have to step up my game… The iPad Pro from a couple years ago can’t handle the Open Gate 6.2K. Cool camera

With an adapter, you have got an endless variety of EF & EF-s lenses to choose from. And those lenses are from Canon & 3rd party manufacturers

Great video as always. Yes the Sony is a newer camera, so of course it has advantages in this comparison, but at the end of the day, I think that the quality of your video and photos are what really matter. With that being said, I would have to say that the Canon video and photos look better. This is coming from a Sony and Canon user.

I believe you might have had canon autofocus issues shooting in 4k, sadly the dual pixel autofocus doesn't work well in 4k for some reason, at least from what I have heard.

I have recently had an epiphany after many years of always having to have the latest and greatest gear. That epiphany was that the only thing that matters is the end result. As much as i love Sony, 99% of the time , Canon footage looks better, straight out of the camera and also after color grading. It's so sad that Canon users have to suffer through Canons awful business decisions.

M50II is very very sharp.......with all features

Love how the video is done! Very professional. BUT - shouldn't "Image quality" be a category as well? Did I miss that? And is it not the most important category for a camera? I think that everyone should be told that the ZV E-10 has great autofocus even on 4K and the M50 does not. However, from what I know, if you are planning to use 60fps for "slow motion", which both cameras can not do in 4K, then the M50 has a much superior image quality in 1080p.

Errr... one small and cheap adapter and you literally have better and cheaper EF lenses. Picked up a 70-200 f4 IS USM which is light and well paired for $550AUD !

M50 footage looks way good

@@venturaVlogger incorrect. There are hundreds of lenses available . Canon stopped 3rd party manufacturers from continuing to produce lenses. That didnt mean that the lenses already in existence suddenly evaporated. Plus if you get an adapter or speedbooster, you have access to 300 different EF mount lenses. What's better is always subjective. I shoot both sony and cannon. Sony has better bells and whistles, but the end result is always a better image on canon footage....IMO

M50 ii Colour good

This looks like a Sony ad There is practically no difference in cameras and the cost of Sony is $500 to M50 $250 Even if you are a Sony fan, you can choose the a6400 or a6600, it will be more useful
