Fighting the heat and bugs just to deliver great content, Wow I really appreciate what you do for us. Keep up the good work and salute 😉
bought both of these because of you, appreciate you G!
Zve1 + 11mm 1.8 + dynamic steadyshot =perfect combi 😬
Great Review Anthony
I agree, the ZV-E1 is great for vlogging, especially with dynamic steady-shot. Even when paired with the Sigma 17mm I think it's still wide enough for most situations (and very light weight).
Don't even know what this video is about yet, but do your Thang my dude!
That 11mm f/1.8 has a surprisingly large image circle, add in the forced crop from Dynamic Active Stabilization on the ZV-E1 and you got a killer combo
I have both as well and the ZV-E1 is better in most areas that I need as a "video camera" for personal work. I am pleasantly surprised as how good that ZV-E1 really is. I use the Dynamic Active a lot and it's great. I have the Viltrox 16mm f/1.8 which is a beast of a lens but a great field of view even with Dynamic Active. Thanks for the video. Cheers.
I Vlog with the sony FX30 11m 1.8 … I get a lot of Attention! Overall its a perfect setup!
Avon makes a great bug spray with sunscreen. It works. I’m trying to decide between ZVE1 or A6700.
nice video bro. I've been playing around with the zve1 for a week now. I've noticed, It only shuts down from overheating if you do long videos. like 40min+. but if I film 10-25min clips, I haven't noticed any issues.
It's encouraging to hear that you're not having heating issues. However, using it for a wedding with one card slot could be compared to taking a cake to a gunfight

Not really man. It’s my B cam to my FX3
sir i am a cinematic photographer i am confused whether to buy fx30 or zv-i1 plz tell me sir
Ok you sold me on the 20mm… question if you use the Sony 15mm f1.4 with active on and a 1.4 clear image zoom to stop vignetting, would that be almost equivalent to the 20mm for a cheaper lens plus better aperture?

It seems like it would be a great option but the workarounds get old pretty fast and I think you’ll be wishing you just got a full frame lens. The Tamron 17-28 f2.8 is a great budget alternative but the 20mm is the goat and it’s a must have in my camera bag.

@LALONNIE then that’s what you need to get. I’ve owned it since it came out and I still love it til this day. It’s a lens you’ll use for years

Yeah I would go with a freewell variable ND set.. great quality much cheaper than the premium competitors
The PA humidity and bugs are no joke... Bring on the fall...
what about for livestreaming for like 5 hours? also for sit down videos recording for youtube? Thanks
😮
Pine Tar soap will help you. I too attract the insects.
I just recently got the ZV-E1 and still use the APS-C lenses with it. They work great if you’re using for video only. If you don’t want to use dynamic active steady shot you can use clear image zoom at 1.5x and get the same result without the issues that come with Dynamic Active. For photo, clear image zoom only works without RAW shooting so not so great in that situation due to the 12mp sensor.
Soon as I heard (8:29) I decided to get the zve1 instead of the fx3 😂
Where da hell you at ?!! lol in the boonies
That Variable ND is killer. I switched to basically ND4 and ND16 depending on the day, then use Auto ISO. Variable ND just wasn't cutting it. I use the Nikon Z30 with a Gimbal. I tried using all of the "stabilisation" things, nothing cut it like a Gimbal.
the blurry background looks fake, in the first lens
What's the 3 best editing softwares for video content?
Why use a big camera to vlogs? Small smartphone or any action camera can do it. It's small and lightweight
