How were you able to get out the bolts at 1:35? They're sitting too tight for my phone. I don't wanna risk wearing out the drives...

Take caution removing the ear piece. I ripped mine because of the adhesive.

Do I still have to remove the back even if want to replace the screen only

Yes, cause the screen flex cable in under the motherboard, it can only be reached by removing the back cover.

the screen went black everything else works will be that I hurt the display or is some configuration

Well it depends, there's several situations that would cause the screen black, if your phone still under warranty it would be better to take it to the service center for help

my screen worked at the first time as i chacked but when i puted it together it was not working what could be thr problem??

Check your ribbon cable for the display.. There is two.. It should be the left one

That the adhesive. You can buy it on ebay or aliexpress. Make sure you get it for the correct model of your phone.

I have a Xperia X compact F5321 and I would like to repare the screen but it's not possible to buy the screen in my country, I live in Germany, can someone do this ?

already do that many times, the light sensor work fine, I replaced the flex too

This MUST have to do something with the flex SOCKET on the main board. I did not even touch the sensor, as I only replaced my audio jack and only temporarily disconnected the flex cable from the main board. The sensor was always in its place and was not even touched. After I reconnected the sensor it would not work anymore. I dis-, and reconnected it often, but nothing has changed. So I assume during the disconnection something must have broken in the flex socket...
