I have the same DVD/VHS combo video player as you, it silver but the remote is black. Lol

Have that model, but dvd player won't open and close. I have unlocked the dvd side but still nothing happens..

I got this combo from my dad for christmas and the dvd tray won't open because the gear behing the door needs a push and it will open. I just need a remote.

This unit does not have a DVD recorder, so it can not record VHS to DVD. They do make units that record both ways, so check eBay and here, because I do come across these types of units.

I have one and it has the following inputs 2 composite 2 RF 1 S Video 1 component (for DVD only)
