You can turn off auto slow shutter in the settings. For low light - turn on manual focus and set it as needed. (infinity starts at 3m)

I would wait for the mark 3. Also since you were intending to possibly purchase this camera I would have got it used on Amazon or Best Buy and return it if something was wrong with it. Etc. I do like the camera but the focus issues was what did it for me but It was me forgetting to change it all of the time. I hope they make the mark 3 ! See my review on the rx0ii. Thx.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback! I checked out your review! Great stuff! I agree with all that you said. However, because of my particular use case (which isn’t vlogging), those issues are not much of a problem for me! Are you going to test the new Insta360 Go 2? Cuz I’m definitely interested in your thoughts on it!

@@jccreative6681 ha I say no now but maybe. I am still testing the pocket 2 which I do like a lot.

In most test videos I've seen, the image quality I've seen although very good, seems that it might be just a bit soft. I'm wondering if that's just because I'm seeing it on KZread and other ways rather than direct from the camera to a computer.

Almost certainly it’s KZread compression. The image is pretty sharp. Are you watching it in 4K? Cuz KZread notoriously compresses 1080p pretty badly

Hey excellent video!! I purchased my RX0 II when it first come out I love it and to me its the best smallest professional Sony camera out in 2021 im also looking foward to a RX0 III update if Sony Cares..check out some of my outdoor videos I shot with this camera

Thanks for your thoughts! I saw some of your videos! Looks great! Were they all shot on the RX0 II? How do you get around the short battery life for fishing? I’d love to see a video on how you use it!

@@jccreative6681 Yeah all my videos where shot with the RX0 II since the release, and I keep a Blackweb portable charger power bank with me on the go I can even use it as a direct power source it charges the camera battery fast

GoPro Hero 5 Session only 72g. I've not found a better camera for head mount applications. Sony cameras perform best in HLG3. Log-2/3 will cause focus problems in low light.

@@jccreative6681 For indoor use you need to set a GoPro via its phone app to 24fps/ISO100 and shine a video light on your subject.
