I had this exact stereo in 1993 .. with the exact same original speakers . I had it for about 2 months . My Girlfriend at the time kicked me out and all I had was this stereo . When I got in my temp bedsit it was stolen within 2 weeks . I even knew who stole it . But no recovery . Best stereo I’ve ever had .I remember the day I had it I played with it for hours on hours .

Yo tengo una Sony LBT-D509 muy parecida a esta. Son equipos hifi de gama media. Los gama alta de Sony son mejores. Estos LBT miden 35 cm de ancho mientras que los gama alta se iban a 43 cm.

Amazing audio systems was manufactured in past, I love vintage hi-fi. This is one of them. Nowadays hi-fi audio lines are garbages. You have others to sell? I'm interested to buy one, I prefer ES series from Sony even LBT series or may be Technics. Thank you.

I have the Preamp and Power amp from this. Newer crisper sources to be used. All am looking for are the full remote, 5cd changer and the Turn table. Can someone tell me the Remote model number as well as those of the cd changer and TT. My mancave coming to life... I will be eternally grateful.

So am working on it. While others are going for receivers ant Atmos systems, am searching to fulfil a more visceral need. The corner of the world where am from it is not easy to come across these. Sourcing the amp ant preamps has taken me a while. Not giving up. Will update you once am done!

Nice system mate yes, £2300?? No, This system without the pre amplifier sold for around the £600 mark, £1000 tops with the pre amp. I know this because I used to work in the industry.

Hello, yes I have an Akai M88 Clarity System which I bought back in 1982 with all original boxes, manuals, remotes and speakers, I paid nearly £1500 as I got the first cd player that came out with it, I want £500 or near offer for it. Thankyou
