    Hi, I was a given WF-1000XM3 by my sister and it’s been more than a week I haven’t been able to connect I have tried a lot of phones to connect but to no avail I can’t even get the Bluetooth the Bluetooth name on all the phones I have tried to connect with. What is the problem please?

If you are referring to the call quality, the WF-XB700 provides great call quality when connected to a smartphone or mobile phone that supports HFP (Hands-free Profile) or HSP (Headset Profile) Bluetooth profile. It also provides great call quality when using video calling applications. Some other things to note, Bluetooth 5.0, hands-free calling, the ability to use a voice assistant( google assistant and Siri), and 9-hour long battery life, a total of 18-hour with a charging case.     Just bought this. But while using it, the sound only comes from the left earbud. Also while both are kept in the charging case, the right one has a blinking red light (which keeps blinking). I tried to reset it but while the left one went the way it was described, the right one didn’t. No light came from it.

    These headphones are great, but pairing them to a new device after they've already been paired elsewhere is a royal pain in the ass and usually takes multiple attempts.

    ​@MatthewLamers1 Not sure if you're still having this issue, but if you hold the pairing button on each earbud down for about 20 seconds, the LED lights will change from blue to red, and they should be ready to pair to a new device. Good luck.

    Hi Varun Deshpande, We regret to hear you're having issues with the unit. Make sure both the left and right unit are fully charged. When you remove the headset from the charging case, the headset turns on automatically and the indicators flashes twice in blue. You will hear the voice guidance say, “Power on”. If the indicators (blue) of the headset doesn't lit up when removed from the case, resetting may help resolve the issue: helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wfxb700/v1/en/contents/TP0002755682.html When you pair a second or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units for about 7 seconds.     @@oscarhernandez-fl5sx the left one does the Bluetooth connecting not the right so if you take the left one out independently it will still connect as you leave the right one in

    Hi Kerol ke Kerol, thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, the headset does not support multipoint connection and Sony Headphones Connect App. It can be PAIRED with multiple devices (up to 8 devices) at the same time, but unlike the WH-1000XM4 model, it cannot be CONNECTED with multiple devices at the same time. When the headset is paired with two or more devices, you'll need to switch the Bluetooth connection to the desired device. Regards, Jess

    How can I raise the volume for incoming call since it’s so low if I’m not listening to music I won’t know I’m receiving a phone call since music stops other wise I miss the call it does have a sound but it sound like ten miles away so if I’m not waiting for it it will go unnoticed please help

    My SONY WF-XB700 works on left side, but right side no. When i put inside the box, the flashing light (red) is faster, but again, doesn't works, doesn't turn on. Can you help me? Thanks !

We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn this into a better experience. Please try to reset the earbuds by following these steps. Press and hold the button on the left unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. Then press and hold the button on the right unit for about 20 seconds. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing. If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset. Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units of the headset for about 15 seconds. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset starts flashing. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset light up. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized. You cannot turn on the headset when the headset is placed and being charged in the charging case. Remove the headset from the charging case to turn it on. Both units of the headset need to be removed from the charging case to enter pairing mode and connect to your audio device. We appreciate your input.     That doesnt work, i cant connect it neither iphone or android, it worked at first when i pressed the right one 2 seconds once i opened it, but after that i cannot connect it again in the same device or other. EDIT: it worked after pressing it 7 seconds a lot of times, i did it once and said: power on. So it didnt work neither, but i kept trying it at least 2 more times until it said something about Bluetooth. Definitely the sound is amazing, the connectivity is the worse i have seen in some headphones.

    I learned that the phone connects with left one. But in Features it says they connect seperately for better experience. So you can't use right one independently

    @@dttec7660 We understand your anticipation of the feature for using only one unit of the headset. The WF-XB700 are designed to be use with both earbud units inserted into both ears. This means the right unit cannot be configured to output sound, while the other left unit stays in the charging case. In order for the right earbud to establish a Bluetooth connection with your smartphone, the left earbud has to be outside the charging case. Hope this helps! -Jess

    Hi SKAY, Good question! Unfortunately, no. the WF-XB700 does not currently support the Multi-point Connection feature. It can be paired with up to 8 devices, but unlike model WH-1000XM4: it cannot be connected with multiple devices at the same time. Although this model does not support multipoint connection, the WF-XB700s gives you great deep and punchy sound in a bold distinctive look. It keep you going with up to 18 hours of battery life plus the ability to get 60 minutes of use from a 10-minute quick charge.     Hi Gio, We regret to hear that you are not able to use only the right earbud. Unfortunately, using only the right earbud of the WFXB700 is not supported. We also don't recommend using only one side of the WFXB700 headphones. The headphones can be operated wearing only the left side, but the proper operation isn't guaranteed. The WFXB700 is designed to work properly when using both sides of the headphones. We do offer headphones like the WF1000XM4 wherein you can use either side of the headphones at a time.     My left earbud doesn't turn on and when put in the case it blinks red. The right side looks alright when charging and it blinks normal when taken out the case but the left side just doesn't turn on. Any solution?

    @@spacedrop1775 I am also using WF XB700 for quite some time. I noticed that, when taking out from the charging case, you should take out the left earphone first. Since the left earphone is the main connected headset, any operation should be done with the left earphone first.

    Yesterday I bought this wf-xb700 the right side of the head phone not working and the red light blinking continuously today went to service center they gave me replacement with new but after charging it was connected well but it is disconnected frequently even not connected to 5 minutes continuously so tomorrow again I need to go to the service center. I am disappointed with this Sony WF-XB700 I can't believe how Sony product is this much worst

    @@SonySupportUSA yes I still can’t pair it . All my other Bluetooth devices I’ve ever had have been so simple . These ear buds won’t show up on my mums iPhone . They can’t be found

To initialize the headset, press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units of the headset for about 15 seconds. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) of the headset light up. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized. REF: helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wfxb700/v1/en/contents/TP0002755684.html And when pairing a device once again after initializing the headset, you may be unable to pair the device if it retains pairing information for the headset (iPhone or other device).     They keep disconnecting, either from one side or the other or both. You can never listen a to a full song without them disconnecting. Terrible product

To ensure you're getting the optimal audio experience, please follow the guidelines and steps below: Turn up the volume of the connected device. Try to adjust the equalizer accordingly on your Bluetooth device. Switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device when the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection.     These are an improvement over the 1st gen buds. kzread.infoUgkxK5mc3yw4xA7Mf2j6k6n1Uqv_KUgrKdeM Pros: The fit is fantastic. This is the biggest plus. They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.
