I bought one on E-bay about a year ago (rite side) but it doesn’t pair and I think cause it’s a chines version cause soon as it turns on an ASAIN Lady is speaking so don’t no if you can help me out in this ?

i was told i needed to send mine into united radio and 40 bucks is there a way aorund this .,.. i have tried 20 sec the lid flip 30 sec.. everything can u help

the two earbuds pair together but does not get seen by bluetooth on any device i try to use it on. Please can you help?

Specifically for these buds, is there anyway of pairing both buds to another case (i have lost the original case). Sony state their are no spare cases avaliable new, but I don't know if i could use a second hand case. If there is away could you give a brief guide? Appreciate your time and help on this 👍
