I like using the 11mm f1.8 for a vlog set up. Mini tripod for desk or outdoors. Not sure what the crop is but it works. Gonna try an ND filter and slog3 soon.

11mm is perfect actually. 1.5x crop I think so around 16mm or 17mm which is great for vlogging!

fun video-healthy lifestyle :) Nice to support your sick friend:)! I have the sony a6700 and am excited to be using it extensively for video/photos. I've been shooting with the sony a6000, 6600 prior to the a6700 for over 10 years while traveling internationally. The cameras are tough-I've dropped them a few times, still work. Never broke down on me. I still have the a6000 :). Love the small size and small lenses. everything goes in a tiny sling bag---ALL of my equipment except a small drone and small gimbal. I can get the a6700 and four lenses all in this tiny sling bag. The camera fits in the palm of my hand and is sleek due to the viewfinder being flush with the camera body.

Yeah this line of cameras has been amazing over the years and I'm happy that Sony hasn't given up on this line. Gonna try the a6700 for a few more months and really give it a chance!

Do you still look in the battery compartment for the memory card? lol Upgraded from the a6000 and I still catch myself looking for the memory card in the battery compartment on the a6700. lol

That noise is so noticeable… trying to decide if this is worth it over just using my iPhone 15 pro max with black magic cam app and external ssd…

If you don't need long record times I much prefer having a camera to be honest but if you have your 15 pro rigged up nice you can always embrace the mobile videography life and be fine with the footage too :)

Was the lens stabilize too?

Yes it was. It has optical image stabilization
