Thanks for the rundown. Just bought this camera for vlogging. The salesperson warned me that coming from Canon and Nikon the menus might be daunting. At 2:05 he is still at Manual M section for his setting and in single shooting mode. Also during the rest don't go to panorama as he says otherwise your settings will go Grey.
