Sonu Nigam in an exclusive interview with Zoom talks about his new song ‘Bitter Betrayal’. He reveals how he was bullied in the industry earlier because he was younger in age. He talks about how he didn’t attend an award show because his co-singer Roopkumar Rathod was not nominated with him for the song ‘Sandese Aate Hai’. He reveals how he always stood for the industry, but the industry banned him. Salman Khan sang his song. He opens up on his songs being remixed in today’s times. He reveals how the remix songs are getting bullied. Sonu reveals how he is not aggressive now as compared to how he was in previous times. He compares today’s music composers to the older generation. He says according to him actors don’t take a stand for the singers. He speaks about the time when he was singing for PK & how he received support from the producers. Sonu Nigam has one disease. He cant lie. Life is tough for him. His gifts are divine. And he is absolutely a gem as an artiste. Whenever i hear him, i see he appreciates right things.

I am 90s kid and I had a major crush on him during Bijuria and Diwaana phase. Then with all the controversies he started phasing out of my memory. But last month I attended Sonu's concert. And I swear to God I have never heard anyone sing so soulful. The whole audience was wrapped around his fingers. Woh 2 ghante meri life ki one of the best memory rahengein. Came out of the concert totally smitten again!

That’s true, we lived with his songs, my golden years of my age are connected with Sonu’s songs, when i was 20 years old i was addicted to Sonu’s songs, now my daughter is 20 years old and my kids know that mom still love Sonu ji, I play his songs in my car all the time as i get chance to enjoy music only when i am driving. Love from pakistan to Sonu Nigham.

His Voice is sweeter than honey 🍯 He is a good man, his songs can't be sung by any random singers. Sonu ji is on a different league
Sonu Nigam is a legend. I saw both Sonu and Sunidhi when I was a kid and they were kids too. Both are legends. There is no one like Sonu, he is the best.
I am a huge fan of Sonu Nigam. I still have the cassette and CD of DEEWANA. It is my all-time favourite album. Abhi Mujh Mein Kahin and Sandese Aate Hain are my favourite songs.

Yes arijits songs don't have any deep meaning nor for adults. His songs are for kids upto 25 year of ages.. So kids use mobile phones more than adults. So he get views..

True. Even though it's a language he is not fluent in yet he is able to create those emotions that touch your soul even in a different language. It's amazing! The Kannada songs are so beautiful that he hus sung. It's surreal!!

Sonu ji has so many wonderful independent songs on various steaming platforms over the last few years. Why are people only hankering for film songs ?? Check out his independent music folks!! Crazy Dil, Aye Zindagi, Rangrezwa, Ruk ja, Do ka chaar, Afra Tafrih and the list goes on!!
Great voice, excellent know-how of his craft and one of the best singers in our country. Hope he gets to sing more songs and let us enjoy his unparalleled melodies in any language. I love his kannada songs too. ❤🎉
