Henry is not a legend mighty mouse wanted out of his deal, go watch the fight again and honestly tell me mighty mouse didn't throw the fight. I was pleasantly surprised how well prepared these guys were to speak about the different matchups. They did a good job briefly breaking down various matchups, but they did a fantastic job giving these fighters an interesting story. It's also refreshing to see a promoter, other than Dana, who actually knows specifics about fighters and matchups. Honestly, I wasn't planning on watching this show live, but this promo here completely sold me on it. Outstanding job Mr. Sonnen.

What is Joe Rogan for UFC , Chael will become for the Eagle. Amazing fights , got the names for the fights , support from the guys like kamaru and cejudo. Islam Makachev , if he wins UFC belt he can transition to Eagle and make a statement that the best in the world dont have to be in UFC. Same with Ngannou. And Khabibi could always pull the card to fight with Connor in his promotion to breal the bank. Smart move from Khabib , i think with the current fighter pay crysis , UFC will lose monopoly.

I think the one thing we can all agree on is, we're glad Chael let them all walk out of the cage on their own two feet after this conversation. Aside from the ref, this is a first. Good to see Chael show maturity and growth in retirement.

I don't know how this promotion will work out but it's looking good. It's going to be so hard to compete with the UFC but the way Khabib respects the sport and other fighters respect him I think they will do really well.

This type of promotion is a very intelligent move by Khabib, wether it’s his idea or Chael’s, regardless it made me feel like I’m watching pre fight UFC coverage which is unprecedented for a non UFC promotion. If Khabib can manage to wrangle in part of the UFC audience we might just be seeing the beginnings of a legit competitor for the UFC.

Usman has the best UFC winstreak. Khabib has the best MMA winstreak. Henry got 2 belts and defended them each. Sonnen never lost a round and fought 3x for a belt.

Fighters being excited about other fights is the best way to promote.

The refs, fighters, commentary, fans in attendance, everything seemed on point, respectful and smooth. Great FIGHTS too, good job EFC.

Loved this, all it was missing was Bisping
