I’m from Pakistan and Muslim Alhamdulillah. Khabib is from Dagestan like Islam. I swear their victory felt like mine. Their loss would’ve been like mine. We Muslims, no matter where we are from, are all brothers. That is the beauty of Islam. Anyone can accept the truth and become Muslim. Islam is the only religion that doesn’t discriminate against your colour, country or past beliefs. Islam means submission to the one God the creator, and to believe in prophet Muhammad peace and blessings upon him and all the past messengers peace be upon them all, sent by God.

I really admire Khabib and Islam. I think this was a beautifully-done interview: gentle in energy, thorough, thoughtful, and did a good job exposing Islam's wonderful personality, intelligence and humor. I'm a non-Muslim who nevertheless considers Islam a beautiful religion. All the Muslims I know personally are high-quality human beings. And it's hard to imagine better ambassadors for the religion and Islamic culture in general than Khabib or Islam.
