The I thought it was a sonic show when I saw trailer

There's actually some really fun missions for "Sonic CD" like three different ones that speed up the enemies significantly (which looks hilarious when you see the first jumping badnik), one of them's even a boss fight which is just insane to witness.

I never got sonic origins yet but I hope to get it soon because it seems fun and I've always wanted the old sonic games playable on my console.

I thought the floorless fight was definitely the best, I agree with you. I think you should try the other missions. Good thing there are no OmoChao missions.

S rank for sure. S rank for BTG, the video and Sonic. This was awesome. I just want to play, love see the challenges, so much Sonic love. Thank you, this was so much fun. PS Sonic music to addictive to listen too, you always end up humming/singing along. They always get stuck in my head.

Yes I'm enjoying you play sonic origins and you give the best commentary and I'm rooting for you to get S rank on all missions and yes I would like to see more episodes or a full series of sonic orgins and keep up the great content.The extreme levels were awesome including the no floor boss challenge that looked super hard

@James I did some research and it turns out that the game was a homebrew fangame made in 2014 that's sonic on Atari so I don't think its a ripoff or what you are thinking but I don't know why they used a different name they could have used sonic since Sega is cool with fangames unlike Nintendo.

"S" stands for "Super Sunky Rank". ^^ The missions looks great. It seems like a lot of fun, but also very challenging.

It's not challenging. At all. It trivializes high ranks and punishes people who put in the work. No skill required whatsoever.

It's really cool they added missions, reminds me of player challenges like no rings and pacifist.

Mission mode is great! But I also wouldn't mind you playing some of the games in mirror mode.

This was amazing you did an excellent job at getting s ranks on all of the missions on mission mode for sonic 1 If you were to do another one of these video's maybe try sonic 3 and knuckles then perhaps sonic 2 and then finally to wrap it all up with sonic cd I'd love to see what the missions for those games are like in sonic orgins mission mode

I'd love to see Darby play Hollow Knight. I know it's not the usual schtick, but I think it'd be great.

@@BlueTelevisionGames And yes, that's actually a glitch people report, and it's as funny as it seems. Another funny one is drifting ON THE WATER (or running backwards on the water in the original) in Sonic 3 & Knuckles.

I’ve noticed some odd stuff in Origins. Sonic 3 Competition Mode forces you to have a second controller connected even in single player time attack (it’s really cool that there’s no longer a forced split screen though, the full size graphics look great), at least on the Switch. Also the physics are pretty whacky in that mode, _especially_ with Knuckles. Finally in Sonic CD, if you go past the big ramp at the start of Palmtree Panic, it stops you going back, but if you get a checkpoint and die you _can_ go back to the ramp with Tails, but you lose control of him with various glitchy results, that ramp _really_ doesn’t like being entered from the wrong direction. Just in case anyone feels like playing with that bug before it gets patched out 😁

The reason it says 100% without the 3 extreme missions is because those 3 missions are the harder mission from the DLC that is currently digital deluxe exclusive

Hey BTG! Your content is great! I would love if you play sonic 3 A.I.R, Sonic 3 A.I.R Is basicly a remaster of sonic 3 & knuckles but better! :D There are LOTS of secrets and tweaks. Getting achivements can get you secrets like the drop dash from sonic mania! I hope you play it! It would make me and others happy, thanks!

Maybe because I played a lot of sonic growing up back in the day but getting S on these was easy, I platinum the game and got everything 100% in hours.

So, seeing Knuckles in sonic 1. Remember, with sonic 2, 3? Being able to attach them to sonic and knuckles. Then can play as Knuckles. That was pretty cool. Shame, we couldn't do that with sonic 1. But, the story behind sonic 3 and knuckles. Is because those two, we're planned as one game. Limitations and all.

Sadly, i did not get the game yet :( But on the bright side i should be getting the deluxe version soon :) Edit: also Darby there is a move called drop dash it is like spindash but if you double jump you go VERY fasy

First time playing Origins and i actually got all S ranks for Sonic 1 last night all in a span of 1 hour or so

When I played this I got S rank in all 1 23 and CD with first try

I love this game and to be honest you have to play the sonic 3 and knuckles mission mode

Im loving these games its great ro play them on modern systems grew up with sonic since the 90s

I've just beaten every mode on the sonic 1 island with every normally playable character

Do Sonic Origins Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic CD, Sonic The The Hedgehog 2, Sonic The Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles Mirror Mode Full/Entire Gameplay

This kind of reminds me of the NES Remix games with the mini challenges in it.

You can also play sonic origin s plus which adds Amy rose and 12 game gear title s also in cartege form as well.

*_basically just beats the missions in one video_*
