they just achieved an impossible feat, they made labyrinth zone look and sound really fun and good.

This is no doubt the most impressive Sonic Mania level mod I've seen. The theme, gimics and length are all on point with what I would expect a Labyrinth remake to be.

This feels exactly like a “Sonic Mania Quality” level.

I love the art changes. And I really love the act 2 art. Really gives it that texture and detail which I thought the original was lacking. It also gives it depth, which really makes it feel like its own big world.

Unironically one of the best Sonic Mania mods I have seen. Edit : *HOLY SHIT THAT ACT 2!*

I dont have words to describe the Act 2, is so beautifull and professional.

Honestly impressed by the mod, not just for remaking one of the least liked levels in the games but for also making it work, making it FUN. Definitely wanna try it out soon!

Pretty good recreation. I loved everything about Act 2.

I love that the remixes were both composed by Tee lopes and the act 2 is just great with the remnants of an ancient civilization with all the architecture and large crystals shining in the background with statues and it makes it feel official and not just a mod! By far this is my favorite Mod.

Still a very nice job. The only thing I would add is the ticker line for the platforms base from studiopolis and some water sprouts and slides(if possible) for act 2. Other then that. It is prefect. This actually makes me enjoy this stage.

Well done, this is the perfect looking of Labyrinth Zone, with this feeling of Hydrocity. The only thing that can be better in my opinion, it's the choosen remix of act 2, we don't feel like playing Mania, more like listening to SoundCloud. Other than that, great showcase and great mod 👌

This rendition of the labyrinth zone music is badass

My only issue with this rendition is that it doesn't use all the gimmicks from the original Labyrinth. The underwater poles are still limited to the Hydrocity Boss and there are no waterfall slides., Otherwise, good job on the creator.

Act 2 seems to be pretty nicely made and an example of how to properly mod an old level in to sonic mania

Man, this is an outstanding mod for sure! Loved the music in both acts and the level design in Act 2 was pretty cool! I especially liked the nods to Metropolis zones with the spike blocks and the floor spike waves! Nice job Jubbalub!

This made me want to buy Sonic Mania again but this time on PC

Well, this mod certainly threw me for a loop. I got thrown off by the shot for shot remake of Act 1, then the amazing level design of Act 2 kicks in, being mostly custom with bits of Acts 2 and 3 peppered in. And the remixes are amazing too- they sound like stuff Tee Lopes would make.

This looks amazing. Apart from a little bit of minor weirdness (few palette issues on some tiny objects, the backgrounds during both bosses are a bit rough), this looks like a proper Mania stage. Brilliant stuff. The act 2 background, like everyone else said, is really, really cool.

I like how this Labyrinth Zone mod for Sonic Mania uses the base of Hydrocity Zone in terms of gameplay concepts and boss fights! 😎

I was wondering how long it would take you to do this. You usually beat me to it but this time, I uploaded before you, muhahaha! =P. Anyway, I really enjoyed this mod and it's so beautiful although it does contain a few bugs. Including a soft-lock that I found when I showcased it lol. I still can't get over Act 2's background; it's exquisite.

If Christian Whitehead & the Sega team did Sonic Mania 2, I wouldn't mind having this zone in it. The beat is catchy, even the Remix. The Act is also nicely done

As a kid I found this zone a tad challenging but the music kept me engaged. The music for Act 2 was beautifully orchestrated. What a surprise! Sonic Mania could have kept this and just changed the bosses so Hydrocity could still be folded into the story.

Amazing, I'm afraid that there will be no sonic mania 2 with all these amazing mods

While I tend to think of the anxiety-inducing breath mechanic to be the basis of this level's identity, I can acknowledge that all the stair-climbing makes the water shield's bounce feel like it should've been in the original to begin with. Great music and level design too.
