I still remember the first times i played Sonic 3 AIR and kept trying to get into the Knuckles areas with Hyper Sonic just to realize that some rocks can't be broken even by Hyper Sonic, but only with Knuckles which mechanic-wise doesn't really make sense

No he can actually break them but that place is only for knuckles thats why

0:11 I see, the game actually spawns Sonic/Tails boss instead of Knuckles one, since it did not shoot any of the bombs from the top which for Knuckles it actually shoots several ones

No, its the knuckles one, but the player did'nt give the bot the chance to get to the top and trow bombs

Marble garden act 1 is actually a tails route Knuckles follows the normal path until act 2

mainly due to a invisible wall witch means you have to get further into the knuckles route to get there and it was removed when Eukaryot made sonic 3 air

The invisible wall is only in the classic version. It isn't in sonic 3 AIR

If you are doing it in the classic game then yeah it will happen. The game registers it as something (forgot what it was exactly). In Sonic 3 AIR thats taken away.

I aswell am the new gen and i will explain what is happening Rotating sprites look weird Like this 🟧🟦🔶️🔷️🟧🟦🔶️🔷️ Its kinda uncomfortable for me but probably because the jump isnt as smooth as other things

Hey, any sonic 3 air modders here? I know it's weird to ask here. But I've been wanting to make a mod that swaps sonic and knuckles, including their routes, the level order, and even some small changes to the super and hyper forms like pallets and maybe actually changes to the sprite, like maybe making sonics super and hyper form just glow, and his quills stay down. But for knuckles, the end of his quills could spike up a bit or something and instead of just glowing for his super form, it sparkles pink and he can actually jump higher or smthn. And his hyper form will make him glow like sonics does. might have to use some mods like "knuckles goes though all levels" and "original zone order" to change the zone order. And also the "custom super and hyper palletes for this and knuckles." And maybe if possible, sonic and tails will replace knuckles and tails. but eh, idk if that would be really possible tho

I do the debug mode run. Sonic 3 and knuckles combo. I take tails the knuckles route.

You have to complete 3 challenges (I might be wrong for saying 3) Or know as achievements You can go to controls (I think) and enable it there same with the peelout except its five achievements

Origins is a bad Sega product. Sonic 3 AIR is a fan-remake of the original Sonic 3 and Knuckles.
